It was beyond painful to acquire an estimate for service and then the walk through was a series of insults and shocking remarks. I tried very hard to stay positive and thought that maybe it was a bad day or language barrier that I was experiencing from the BluMop manager. THEN came the first appointment, more insults and then after making it known that I wanted my marble islands cleaned only with cleaner I provided and that request was ignored everything just went south. The door to my kitchen was left open and the manger alerted me that they would not clean my house. He had insulted my home, and then myself when he inferred that I was not a desirable client. Unfortunately, the cleaning solution bleached the cushion covers beyond repair. The throw pillow inserts also had to be discarded because they were not salvageable. Looking back, I wish the crew had reminded me to remove the cushions before they started, as replacing them ultimately cost me more than the cleaning service itself. In addition, the windows were left with a noticeable film, several areas of the siding were still dirty with pollen, and the gutters still contained pine needles and other debris after the work was completed. After I contacted the company and shared photos of the damage, I was told that I should have read the fine print. The company offered me a small discount. I was also told that if I hired them again in the future, the job would cost several hundred dollars more because my house had been underbid.
