Echoing the trend of other reviews below, the best word to describe this business is…read moreunprofessional. I had a need to have carpets cleaned for a rental that we were vacating and inquired about pricing. I was greeted by a man who seemed like he would rather be elsewhere. His pricing was in line with others I called (about $120-$150 for 3 rooms). I then asked if they offered a cash discount. He laughed and me. Literally laughed, and said no. I just took my business elsewhere and found a professional cleaner (Covenant Cleaning Service) that was very polite and did NOT laugh when I asked about a cash discount. He kindly offered a price drop when I inquired about it. Save your time, and patience. Go with an actual business. This "business" is a joke.

I would leave 0 stars if the website let me. A very unprofessional company with poor customer…read moreservice and very rude to the customer. Did not leave a receipt after the job to even know they came, and did not VACUUM when CLEANING the carpets. When I called to ask why, the owner's response was "do you not own a vacuum to do it yourself?" Overpriced and a poor job. The carpets did not look any different. Save your money! There was cat and dog hair everywhere and I have had severe allergies ever since, and I was promised they would be thoroughly cleaned when moving into a new house. However, they did not even vacuum or clean the carpets thoroughly and have overpriced fees.

My experience using Clark's flooring was mixed. What I had originally received a quote for was not…read morewhat ended up being performed after consulting with the person who came out to do the work. On a follow-on job I was misled with regards to the amount of time that the work would take. My original quote entailed sanding and staining a small section of wood flooring beneath the refrigerator followed by a second visit to seal the treated section. When the person came out to do the work they suggested just sealing the wood as an option to protect it, due to the location being beneath the refrigerator and not normally visible - so there would be no sanding, no staining, and no return visit to complete the job when the stain had dried. I agreed to this, which ended up being 10 minutes of work performed putting urethane on a 3x3 foot section of floor. At the time of the visit we spoke about sanding and resealing the wood flooring in the kitchen. I received a quote for this work, which was estimated to be a 4 hour job. When the person came out to do this second job, from the time they arrived, did the work, and were driving away it was less than 30 minutes total. Originally I was quoted $850 to do both jobs, but with the change to the first, doing away with sanding and staining as well as a second visit, and the second job being a fraction of the time estimated, I contacted Clark's to see if the cost of the work should be lower. With barely 45 minutes of work put into the job, even with two trips out, $850 seemed excessive for less than an hour of work. Clark's offered to take $75 off the final bill which was nice, but I still ended up paying $775 for under an hour of labor that entailed less work than originally quoted. I was satisfied with the quality of the work, but very disappointed with the cost. I was disappointed that the first job could be pared down so much, and entail such a lesser amount of work and travel, yet see very little reduction in the bill. I was also very disappointed to be told the second job would take 4 hours when in fact it was about 20 minutes of work.
