I used these guys 5 years ago when I moved from Warren to Niles. Last week, I used them again when I moved from the West side of Niles to the East side of Niles. Two guys arrive with a large truck to move all of your stuff. I had two different sets of guys. Both sets were equally friendly, had working, and very accommodating. They even agreed to take large items out to the curb for me, and move some furniture to a 3rd house nearby. The pricing is hourly, and very reasonable. And despite being very quick about moving your stuff, they handled all of my furniture with care, and packed it with blankets. Highly recommend. read more

I have moved several times and cross country 3 times. I used this service to move from an apartment to a condo within 5 miles. Kevin was very friendly and very efficient. He was nonstop working. The other guy, I forget his name, got tired quickly. He even hung out by the truck and kept taking breaks. He dropped one of our shelving units with a glass door and had the nerve to say it was cheap and cost us $20. It was not very expensive, but it was from Amazon and with shipping over $100. He was moving so slow and my time was almost doubled because of it. I also called in two times to speak with someone, and I never got a return call. Thank you, Kevin! To the other guy- if you cannot handle the nonstop and heavy lifting, get a new job. I recommend to try another company. read more

We used Tri-County to move us - point A to B was 10 miles. Adam, Ian & Chris were very professional and moved everything like a well oiled machine. The teamwork and communication they had moving large pieces was impressive. They even moved my piano without a hitch. They moved everything without anything breaking or dings in the walls. Not good for moving pianos. Had an antique piano moved and Tri-County sent two guys and a teenager. $700 later, they ended up leaving the piano in my garage because they claimed they couldn't move it in without driving their moving truck into my front lawn (!?) to use the lift. They said they'd come back to finish the job if I paid more, but it was so hard to get Traci just to answer the phone or call me back about it I had to hire another company to finish the job. read more

Moved four miles from my current house. Movers stacked up furniture in the truck against the wall including a bed rail. Did not secure it. Did not wrap the furniture. Rail fell and scratched/gashed the bedroom dresser. They sent out a furniture repair man to repair it. Terrible job. They also did a move for an elderly couple and they damaged an antique night stand. Just carelessness. They need to slow down and wrap the furniture. Would not recommend this company. read more

Not happy as I sit here with my aunt and uncle waiting for the movers that moved their date from yesterday to today and now today they are pushing 3 hours late, at this rate even if they do come today they will prob be moving in the dark. Not very pleased !!! read more
