When he did reply he would come up with excuses and put me off. Kept making me think he was finally going to do the right thing. Wrong!!!!! I asked for colored concrete, and I got this crap. He over sprayed a sealer right after he poured and said it was to help cure as well. It's been discolored by this product and has altered the pigment and can't be repaired. At one point he blamed it on his concrete supplier and said he would send him out to look at it, never happened. He finally sent a guy to power wash, and it made it look worse and still won't return to fix the problem. Do not hire Michele or Cheryl Bowlin unless you want inferior work.
