Lowe's fix was to send an illegal gag order then do absolutely nothing. A BBB complaint was filed and Lowe's will never be used again.

When he gets stuck, then tells you, "you have to pay 150.00 dollars for a tow" you are dumb founded and blind sided. When the diver tells you they will make right by your property damage because he should not have continued to drive on the property after feeling the tires sink. You take him for his word. Slight damage is acceptable, the damage caused by an irresponsible driver was not.
