The first company I called was polite, but because I didn't know the size of my tank, the receptionist told me to find that information and call back. When I looked up what I thought was the correct size, Missy from Arrowhead happened to call me at the perfect moment. She was incredibly kind and let me know that the size I had found was actually incorrect--and that she was able to locate the correct information online, something I didn't even know was possible. I couldn't help but feel that the first company could have done the same but chose not to. I asked Missy if she could send me the details, and she immediately offered to email everything over. I also learned that some septic systems have filters, and she sent me information on that as well. On top of all this, we have three septic systems we wanted serviced. I live on a compound, and we try to get a deal when having multiple services done together. Arrowhead was able to make that happen for us. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and they were able to accommodate same-week availability within a timeframe that worked for me. That's an outrageous price for snaking a single line. I won't be back.

They let me pull the toilet real fast so they can clear that line and didn't charge anything more even though he had to basically start over. They even left me a new ring and bolts for the toilet. Very honest company based on my experience. I did have them come back the next day to scope that line just so I can confirm there wasn't an issue with the drain line that plugged as it was in an unusual spot. He showed me the video as he ran the camera down explaining everything we were looking at. He confirmed that everything looked great and I didn't need anything else.
