Bob and Johnny got my car up on their lift and promptly found the oil filter had been damaged. They replaced the filter and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. We were able to make the 500 mile return trip to South Carolina without any further problem. I can't thank the good folks at B&B Used Auto Sales enough for the great service. Sincerely, Bruce Frost

B&B auto is less than a block away so I asked if they could bring it across the road and change the pump for me. They charged 40 dollars to carry the car about 200 feet to their shop and told me they would call on monday with the price for the pump. I received a call late Tuesday and was quoted 697.00 to change the pump, when I inquired about the price I was told that he would only do the job if I changed the entire fuel delivery system (350)as opposed to the pump only (65). The car has been garage kept and has no rust anywhere and less than 70,000 miles, The only reason to change the whole system is to make it easier on the mechanic. When i refused to pay for that much unnecessary parts and unwarranted labor charges (job only takes 20 min with the right tools) I was told to have my car out of his parking lot by 5, it was already 2:30. Left with no choice I had to pay them an additional 65 dollars to tow it 4 miles to my house. I should have just pushed it......
