He gave us a good price with what is cover in the agreement. We decided to hire Todd's company to do the job. His company showed up on time, got to work and within 2 hrs the job was done. They were prompt, their estimate was clear and concise, and their prices were fair and competitive. I booked with them in the heart of rainy season, so I won't sugarcoat the fact that I had to wait 12+ weeks for installation but they were well worth the wait. They suggested a color for the gutters that matched my soffits perfectly and helped me choose the color of my downspouts so they matched the house color. The gutter is buldging in areas. Gutters are not flush with roof so water gets through. They placed the downspout in the wrong place so I couldn't open my back door and Vickie said it was because the downspout is larger than my old one. There is a screw coming through my facia board. They also installed past the roof pitch which is the WRONG way to install. They refuse to make it right when they promise a 2year workmanship warranty. They have lied and bullied me and try to deflect instead of just admitting that this did not go well. And to treat their customers poorly is an embarrassment to them. Just read their reviews on Google. The owner posted her own 5star review. My neighbors are shocked! SHAME ON YOU VICKIE!
