They have all kinds of obstacles/stations, and each of them challenge you in different ways. If you aren't in great shape this probably isn't the best place to start (some parts have quite heavy obstacles/buckets/etc.) but you also don't need to be a world class athlete to have a lot of fun here. The course is 3 miles, all within the woods so mostly in the shade (this helps a ton on a hot day). The signage is a bit confusing, and though we tried to do the whole thing in order, we somehow made a couple wrong turns and had to loop back later to make sure we did everything. Might be helpful if, in addition to the colored arrows that are posted, they added numbers to each obstacle so you can make sure you're still on track and following the correct path. If you bring your phone in there with you they do have the full map on the website. We were the only ones there the day we went, and we ended up spending a solid 2 hours doing everything in there. We did some things multiple times, and as I mentioned we didn't go quite in the designed order. We also spent like 30 minutes at the spear throw (which is not strenuous, but it's fun). Being some water, you'll be tired after your time here! I'll be back for sure, wish I lived closer though!

I was able to ride my bike around, walk on the beach and get lite snacks in the concession stand. There are even free fixed grills where you can grill here, which I have to try that next time I am here. We ended up spending at least 6 hours here and was so relaxing.
