After my last experience with them, I will never bring my motorcycles back to them for any type of service. As a repeat client, it shouldn't be that hard to set up appointments, but their communication is horrible. It literally took me three weeks to get back to me. It is next to impossible to actually reach someone direct. You are always told they're on the phone or meeting with someone and then it could be a day or three days before someone get back to you. The only person who was responsive in of both in my previous experiences recently was Jordan. For this recent experience, I was adding crash bars to my motorcycle a newly acquired Triumph, resolve a service light, handle three nationwide recalls, and get an oil change. To their credit they did a nice job on equipment install. One recall with for replacing the back tire and the other recall with bleeding the clutch for a known issue. They got back to me that Triumph could not get me a replacement tire timely but would cover the cost of a new tire which they provided. They did put on a new tire with a 2024 date stamp. I was contacted about getting service and they recommended changing clutch fluid even though the bleeding the clutch was one of the covered recalls. It was at that point I said deliver my bike without adding anything else. I have other mechanics that can do oil changes. The kicker is that after they return my bike and as I was putting it in my garage I noticed that scratched one of my black side aluminum side panniers. I immediately sent before and after photos indicating the fresh scratch (with black marker that someone tried to conceal) It's 3" long and quite visible. It's not with replacing but just bothersome. Jordan was very responsive and got back to me that they didn't know where that could've happened. Noah, who picked up and dropped off the motorcycle took video recordings both times and I asked them to review. I've yet to hear back from them. It has been exhausting dealing with them. If you're looking to purchase a motorcycle, I would give sales department high rating, but avoid their department for your sanity.

I finally went to pick my bike up figuring it was way over the time they said it was going to be done, and the service manager said (rudely) We are not going to work on your motorcycle. (750 Yamaha) Even though this is a Yamaha shop and that they made a commitment to do so. "Sorry about all the parts you ordered, but we are not working on it, we don't know how to. Basically take your bike and leave. I was absolutely floored. I couldn't believe it. So what if it took some extra time to fix an older bike like mine. They made a commitment, and a commitment should be honored. This was my first bike, where do you think I would have bought my second bike if they would have treated me right. As it was, yeah they might have save $100 bucks not fixing my bike at their original estimate, but they probably lost thousands on my repeat business and the purchase of my second bike, which I will be doing hopefully this summer. The owner is a real nice guy, but I can't believe he didn't see this decision was not good business. I will never go back there. P.S. A kid in his garage fixed all the things on the bike that paw paw lake sports wouldn't or didn't know how to fix. How good are their mechanics if a kid can figure it out and they couldn't. Go figure. Just my opinion.

This place is a well hidden gem located in a very out of the way area and even out in the country away from the small town. If you want a huge, impressive motorsports museum then the Barbers Motorsports Museum in Birmingham, Al is the place to go. This place is not small by any means and well presented and I enjoyed it very much. Along with the motorcycles is a decent car collection and this place is very laid back. We were fortunate enough to be the only visitors and spent about three hours looking around and getting a private tour so to speak. Even if you are not into motorcycles and cars the art and design aspect will catch your attention. Next door is the motorcycle dealership too. I learned a great deal during my time there and the drive from I-65 was well worth going.

It wasn't holding air pressure, and one of shocks was starting to weep. He called Gilson Cycle, and then went by to check the place out. It's right on Pipestone Rd, a block beyond Napier. Very easy to find. "Himself" and the gent behind the counter talked about the issue, and took a look at the bike. The quote we were given was a pleasant surprise. We were told that they were a bit backed up, but they could get to it in a few days. A few days later, just as "Himself" was thinking on calling for a status, we get a call saying, "Come get your bike." The price was $100 less than the quote, and the front end is tight. "Himself" is very pleased and wanted me to let other Yelpers know about this wonderful establishment. Thanks for the great job, guys! We'll be back!
