We had Stinnett come out to look into an issue with a potential leak at the interior unit. They…read morewere supposed to call me to let me know what was going on since we are the party responsible for fixing the unit and we are not local, but nobody ever called. I had to follow up several times with emails and phone calls over several days to find out what happened, only to find out they did some work without authorization, and never contacted me. They said they cleaned the coils and it fixed the leak. With the issue continuing, and with how things were handled the first time with Stinnett, I did not feel comfortable having them return and sent out a second company. The second company visited the property and found the evaporator coil stopped up. They said it was brushed by another company but the coil is impacted internally, requiring it to be pulled and cleaned outside with coil cleaner. The leak caused discoloration on the front panel which needs to be addressed, and they found an extremely dirty air filter. Neither of the issues were noted by Stinnett. How can one company provide such little information when doing the same assessment as another company, is what I'm struggling to understand. We have now paid for the service call and cleaning of the unit to Stinnett, and the service call to another company to find out what is actually going on. I'm extremely disappointed in the service Stinnett provided.

I had a tech. come to my home on 7/8/2026 to check a faulty circuit board on my LG range. He did…read morenot have the part and said it had to be ordered and to check by Friday if it had arrived. I called on Tuesday 7/14/2026 and talked with a woman about my repair. She told me that the part was on order and should be in by Wednesday 7/15/2026. She said she would call me. Well, Wednesday came and went, no part and no call. I paid the company $406.69 in advance in good faith for the repair service. It only took them a few hours to deposit my money in their account. So much for trusting people like this. I found my part on Amazon for $93.25 and could have it in 3 days. Today is 7/16/2026 and it has been 9 days now and I'm still waiting. I guess it's court time. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY !!!
