I called Tri state taxi cab llc to pick up my 86 year old great uncle at 1:30 pm he had walked 2…read moreblocks to the local store in town it was 85 degrees out side he was having trouble walking home when I called them for him they said that it would be 30 minutes and cost $18 for the ride I called them back at 2:52 pm and ask where is my taxi I was told that they tried to call me back to see if the cab was still needed and I didn't answer I checked my call log I had no missed call from them I was told that they was in the middle of shift change and it would be another 45 minutes to a hour for a cab they called me back at 4:27 pm I missed the call I called them right back and they said that they were on they way they are located in East Liverpool Ohio he was in Midland pa witch is a 15 minute drive they did not pick him up until 6pm and still charged him the full price of $18 for a 2 block drive they offered no discount and no apology for the extremely long wait and poor service the driver that picked him up said that they came on at 3pm when I cake there office at 5:30 pm they said that my taxi should have already been there I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and none was available at the time so this is a - 5 star review for them
