Your company "commitment" is an absolute joke considering you left us to do half of the repair in the middle of the night out of desperation. Like many other reviews, we were referred to Elite Plumbing by our home warranty company. The interaction did not start out great, considering we were told by the warranty company that Elite would be able to come out same day - but we were essentially ghosted until the following week. The day that they were supposed to come, my husband had texted (the same phone number that they had initially contacted me via text from) with more details of the situation, along with photos. This information was ignored. They never responded to his message. They arrive at my house, my husband shows them a video of the problem (located in the bathrooms), and they IMMEDIATELY ask to be led to the backyard to locate the main sewage drain. After they did a very light stomp and walk around my house, they determined that the drain could not be located, and said we can pay an additional $175 for a camera to possibly locate this drain, or $1600 (STARTING) to install one, and nothing else could be done. Not once did they ever look into the bathrooms, where the issue was. Not once did they actually evaluate the issue, but had absolutely no problem on upselling us hundreds of dollars! So, not only did they completely waste their time (and mine), but my husband did half of the repair of which Elite could have done themself, and actually made more money as the repair was cheaper than the deductible. I actually found out from the warranty company that my drains should have been snaked prior to them even locating the main sewage line, of which the manager or owner was arguing with me about. Refer to your contract with Fidelity, do not argue with customers about that. Now, I am about a week without plumbing, scrambling to find an actual plumber, and was left with essentially an argument from who I am assuming is the owner or manager, who attempted to gaslight me about this entire interaction. Do not recommend, please use literally any other company than these people, who will waste your time and will only seek to upsell you rather than looking at your actual issue.

Our garbage disposal totally failed and was pouring water out into our cabinets, whether it was turned on or not. It's 9 lives were up! Scheduling our job with Mike was quick and easy. Within a day, John and his co-worker came out to replace our completely failed garbage disposal. John called me when he was on the way and showed up right as advertised. They were both very professional and courteous; a definite pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable as I was asking questions. Let's talk about efficiency...These two guys were in and out of our home in 19 minutes, yes 19 MINUTES! WOW! So, Maples Plumbing gets my top rating and a sincere thank you. In the middle of the job, after he had cut massive holes from my shop wall to install the windows, he called me outside to inform me that he could no longer do the work for the price that he agreed upon. Basically blackmailing me unless I paid him more to finish. I was completely shocked, and having never delt with someone so incompetent and shady. He ended up finishing the work but with terrible quality and detail. Nails and screws stabbing through from both sides of the wall, the worst caulking you've ever seen, he dismantled my electrical and left it stranded everywhere, just a piss poor job all the way around. He showed no remorse for the terrible job stating he wasn't going to make any money from it. I told him that's the contractors responsibility to bid the job properly and if not that's on him. He threw a fit like a child. Never wanted to show me receipts for supplies. I don't think he has very much experience. My guess is his dad does the same kind of work and he thought he would go out and replicate it on his own. He wasn't able to. And hopefully this review will keep something like this from happening to you. After he guaranteed there would be no leaks, the first rain I had leaks everywhere. 0/10 work. We brought a new fridge and it was tripping the plug. He was the only that suggested that we replace all the outlets in the home first and see if that could be the issue. Plugs and GFCI's we over 15-20 years old. He let me know if that wasn't the issue he would run a dedicated 20amp break for the fridge. He sent over a quote for the repair for replacing outlets and running a dedicated outlet for fridge. Few hours later he let me know that the price would actually go down by a few hundred due to material being cheaper When me and my wife thought more about it, the kitchen had been remodeled and where the original fridge was it did have a dedicated circuit. But the homeowners we bought it from moved the fridge location & tied it into a GFCI circuit line after the remodel. We did eventually repaired the outlets and now the fridge works fine with the help of a friend. I will have there number on speed dial if I need any work done to my home and recommend them to anyone.
