But thankfully I pushed for a resolution and after many phone calls from me to the cubesmart customer service line and the associate calling every number she could find for help (Her back up people were not answering the phone, unacceptable) she was able to reach the manager of the old school house location. This location! Karen came right in on her day off in the high heat and through the heavy beach traffic. She was so nice and so friendly to me and my son. Her facility was clean, dry and better maintained than the other location. She had a unit ready to go which way is right inside a wide doorway and the entrance in the storage unit was a large doorway as well. Did I mention the floor was dry? You could say that this location is far superior than the other location. If you're trying to decide between the two locations pick this one, always.
