He was always accessible by phone and even let me call him after hours to discuss the issue. Our issue was a gas leak, and those repairs can be expensive. He provided information regarding insurance we could purchase after the repair in case we have any other issues. He stood by the price he quoted even when they had to return to fix an additional issue and was even willing to clean out a bird's nest from the hot water vent.
