After being taken back to the ER by ambulance while at a SOMC doctor's appointment follow up, (they called and had me transported), doctor and squad team verifying it was like the urgent care episode. Scared and able to hear but not respond, LAUREN WRIGHT, was intentionally physically abusing me while in a state of being unable to defend myself and verbally threatening me numerous times. Shut the door and had others in the room while doing so. Refused to let my husband back. She recorded the incident on her phone, (transcript). I made her show my husband and he was very upset about the things that were said to me by her and that she accused him of something going on in my household involving him to his face. She was so angry and aggressive, she was shaking. I was promised by the charge nurse that I would get an exact full copy of the transcript within 24 hours and would not have to come in and sign or show ID at medical records and my husband had verified that several times with the nurse and charge nurse discharging me. The next day, it is suddenly gone. She had fabricated my visit summary in my MyChart extensively to where it is incredibly inaccurate. Like others have commented in the reviews, if they can't figure out what's wrong with you, they try to say you need to go to a psychiatric hospital. I never asked to go there and never wanted to ever again, my doctor thought it was in my best interest while collapsing during my appointment. I have started the process of filing a complaint with the hospital, advocating for myself and making sure no others are treated this way in an emergency, at least by this physician!
