I was told it was under concrete so I rented some tools and brought some friends out from Long Beach, CA to cut the concrete off the top of the tank. The inspector was suppose to mark an area for me to cut but when I got to the river there was nothing. I couldn't get ahold of him and ended up calling my realtor. My realtor ended up getting in contact with him and he sent her a picture with about 25% of my RV covered parking highlighted. He told my realtor that he wasn't exactly sure where it was and therefore I had to cut a huge portion of the driveway up for them to figure out more, which would've cost thousands to do and then repair. I didn't end up cutting concrete because I'm not playing such a costly guessing game. I paid them to find and inspect my septic tank, neither of which happened. They emailed me an invoice of $400 that only stated "septic inspection" and when I called to clarify what I was being charged for, the wife said I could either pay the $400 or she could adjust the invoice to $800 and put a lein on my property. I put my signal on to get over and he wouldn't let me. He's in a white f150. He finally gets over to let me in as if trying to play chicken. I'm able to get over almost at the last second and then as soon as he gets in front he cuts me off. Real classy and professional. Maybe he does good work with his business but he's a real jerk on the road.

The bid he gave me was more than fair. To do the work I wanted, he had to move some heavy stuff around my yard with his equipment. Which he didn't jack up his price for. He also took a small load of trash to the dump for me cause he was going anyway. He went above and beyond. I'm very happy with the work he did.
