It's a good place for weight loss assistance. The only thing I'm not a fan of is it gets super crowded and you have to sit there for an hour or two to get seen I wish they would have time slot that you could book so you didn't have to waste a good portion of your day to wait to be seen. It is a bit pricey as well. Everyone there is very accommodating and nice. I was contacted after providing the review and was informed that their wait times have been sped up and they can accommodate thinking medication's home so you don't have to visit the office if you're into getting the injections. Again, I was overall satisfied with the service at this location. Lots of great nutrition packages to choose from, as well as available promotions. Yes, there is a bit of a wait time.. I arrived here at 830 they weren't open I checked in on the kiosk there was 5 people already standing there as well. I came inside once they opened. Sat down all of a sudden it's 9:50 and I'm still sitting here they've checked in 34 people while I sat here without even bothering calling me I asked several times Sam I next 8 more people ahead of you that was at 9:22 I get up ask again oh there's 2 more ppl ahead of you now I've counted 9 more people who was called. I went outside checked in a random name and guess what they've called that name 4 times so far as I sit here and chuckle to myself nothing. Because that person does not exist. Then this chick I'm seeing is saying oh we go based on who signed in first when I signed in before half the people that saw them before . It's 9:53 and I'm irritated AsH my BP is probably high because of this foolishness they pulled. I am doing my last two weeks and NEVER returning. I will lose the shots don't even care at this point. I'm traveling from Chino and they truly don't care. It was suspect when the front desk called the back to ask where was I in line like they clearly skipped me and I believe they did it on purpose they cater to a certain type of ppl and I will leave that there. They're still calling the made up name I registered and I feel no way about it, it let me know they're full of it. I checked the imaginary person in 30 min after I arrived and they called the name before mine what a joke Very unprofessional and annoying. I am so done with this place.
