The nurses especially are amazing. When my wife explained to one of them, I use a different name and pronouns due to being transgender she made a real effort to remember on later visits and honor them. It made me feel good as almost no one does that in the medical field in my experiences. They always offer complete care and ask if I have any other questions. Highly recommend to anyone.

I got a referral to see Dr. WeiPee from a good friend of mine who is a nurse. I recently had my back done and it was amazing. Two session on my back already and there is less pain. This past weekend I got my knees and stomach done. I know the knee pains are gone from my first visit but wanted them to get done again; the only difference is I got my stomach done. She explained it will reduce my appetite, and trim my waist line. It's been two days and I went down two sizes. lol. I can't believe it myself. I haven't been disappointed yet. I've recently learned that acupuncture helps with allergies. I will be getting this done when my allergies starts in October. I am now a big fan of acupuncture. All natural with no chemicals. No pills, no steroid injections. Loving the holistic methods that cures everything.

After a horrible experience with a local gyno (where she convinced me that I was depressed -I'm not, it's called PMS- and needed to be on happy pills), I've been a bit skeptical of docs. After reading Julia's review, however, I decided Dr. P sounded like my kinda woman, "someone I would love to have a beer with?" say no more. So I scheduled my appointment on Friday and they were able to put me in on Monday. I showed up at 3:30 (my assigned time), fearing I'd end up spending my entire afternoon there. Within 10 minutes I was seen by a nurse and within another 5 Dr. P showed up. She's just awesome. Totally conversational, quick to put you at ease, thorough... We talked about my medical history, she ran through a few exams, prescribed some medicine for my nagging cough, and sent me off for some blood work. I was out of the office by 4:15! She also referred me to a new gyno and dentist. All in all, Dr. P is terrific, thanks Yelp.

I was on the road for work and had a small window of opportunity for her to contact me for results. I emailed the practice with the times I would be available. She made sure that she contacted me during that window and she was clear, compassionate with providing the results and invited me to contact her with any questions that may arise. The latest was my breaking point. I had scheduled a physical months ago (because it takes months to get an appointment). I just got a message that the doctor was not available and I had to reschedule. No number was left. I called back the number the message was left on. Evidently that leads to no where and eventually hung up on me. I finally find another number and after another maze of phone hell I guess I was connected to a Jefferson central scheduling person (evidently you can't just call someone in their office). This person then proceeds to start from ground zero asking me all the same questions that I was asked 3 months ago when scheduling. Then after about 15 minutes total trying to navigate what should have been 3 minutes of time to reschedule they offer me an appointment another 3 months out!!! God forbid you are actually sick and need to see a doctor - good luck. It's a shame because I do like my doctor but he is behind such a wall of nonsense you can't get to him. I'm done. Jefferson has ruined doctor care in my area.
