Was not greeted upon entering and was ignored until he finished with a potential jewelry sale. When I went to the counter. It wasn't ready. Hadn't even been touched. I was handed my ring, loose, not even a small ziplock bag to hold it and then dismissed. When I told Jacob that I had a problem that my ring wasn't re-sized he pulled out the policy about four weeks. I told him this is week four. He then told me he has been so busy, since Christmas, that he hasn't had time to do any jewelry repair work. No apology. Just dumping it back on the customer (me). I do NOT recommend this jewelry store.
