They discovered some rot in the substrate and replaced that at minimal additional cost. All the work was done perfectly and quickly. Attention to detail was amazing. In addition to the garage roof, they noticed a few small issues on the front porch and gutter and fixed them for no cost. I cannot recommend them enough. I had a few Construction co's come and see what could be done about them. The installers assured my husband "it will smooth itself out. Just give it a few months." We're a year later and my living room carpet is WORSE than the first day of install. Update: we called the store and they returned to our home to take corrective action. I appreciate that they were responsive when we complained, and made arrangements to correct the situation. The installer readjusted and re-stretched the carpet so that all of the large "tents" or peaks in the room have been laid flat again. I'm cautiously optimistic that the carpet will remain flat or that the store will return again to make it right should they issue recur. Updated the starred portion of the review to reflect the store's responsive manner once they understood the gravity of the concern. Will update the review further
