They have great bargains and taking advantage of those for the holidays is what everyone else was trying to do. This store is well stocked, clean, orderly, and you can always find an associate on the floor to assist you.

The night before delivery, I got a call saying their delivery truck was broken down and it would be delivered the following week. I rescheduled the crew. The afternoon before that new delivery, I received a text saying it was pushed out almost two more weeks. At that point, I called to pick up the materials myself and was told I could, but they couldn't remove the delivery charge. I am absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of customer service and the inability to make the situation right. It shouldn't take over three weeks to receive an order that was in stock.

One of the biggest is back to school shopping for kids of all ages! (College even but maybe not as much!) I've always found the employees to be extremely nice and helpful! I've come in several times to pick up orders for my Grandma and they're always super fast! I think the selection and prices are GREAT! I think I always preferred this store over Macy's and Sears! (Which is probably why it's the last store standing! Overall I think this is a very necessary store to stay in business and it helps the mall somewhat!
