I would honestly give this store a zero if I could. I have stopped in on numerous occasions and have never been greeted or even asked if I needed help. This store does not care about its customers or customer service. There was no one in the store besides my wife and I today. And yet not one customer felt the need to say a word. Store is overpriced, understaffed with customer service-oriented employees. We came in looking to buy and left shaking our head as to why we even bothered. NEVER AGAIN. Get better managers who don't give potential employees attitude. State more clearly that your business requires a physical resume, as a digital one is null and void. Perhaps consider not posting your job advertising on a website that uses digital resumes. read more

Very wide selection of different guns, musical instruments, jewelry etc. however they don't have pets so don't be fooled by the sign lol

I want to discuss how disappointed I was with Longview Pet and Pawn. My friend had recent visit to determine if the silver set (sterling) They had was of any value and their family was short on funds and the silver would allow them to keep a roof over their heads as money is tight. They were willing to let it go for a fair price. The gentleman who assisted (slender in build) took 3 of the spoons, looked them over, tested them and searched the Internet. My friend had also done research to know what the value was in weight. There was a total 8 piece set including serving spoons, knives, pickle forks, table fork and table spoons. He offered $20.00 for the entire set saying this is the value in weight for Sterling Silver. I was appalled and glad they rejected his offer. They went for a second opinion and was offered $900.00 in weight for real sterling silver. Please be careful and get another opinion before ever setting foot at this establishment. It was obvious they were taking advantage of a family in need. read more

So what does a lad with ADD do on a pretty day in Longview, WA after he just sat for an hour watching his pretty lass get a haircut and a pedicure? Walk around one of the main drags of the city checking out who is surviving in this nasty economy. Sadly, many places are sitting empty, operating on a skeleton schedule, on it's last legs, or making money and assisting people who have fallen on tough times....hence why Pets, Pawns, & Imports is taking names and kicking arse!! I have never had to use the services of a pawn shop, so I am not an expert at all on if this place is a good place to get a loan or not. There seemed to be quite a few folks using these services and the simple fact that this place is loaded to the hilt with inventory seems to speak to its popularity. This place has a boatload of employees, so just to make payroll would take a chunk of operating revenue. Really friendly and helpful staff were stationed all around to assist if need be. This is easily one of the cleanest and best organized pawn shops that I have ever shopped in. Back in the day, my vice used to be compact discs, so when I discovered that I could get them in pawn shops at a fraction of the cost, my frugal being was so there. Now, the vice is of the DVD variety, and this place rocks when it comes to prices and selection. Many, many titles for as low as 2 bucks a disc. Most box sets were less than 10 bucks!! Lots to choose from and all were in near mint condition which shows this place cares about quality. Nice selection of knives, rifles, shotguns, handguns, multi-tools (tons o' them), guitars, leather jackets, tools, electronics, laptops, you name it... They even sell exotic birds which will scare the bejaysus out of you when they squawk from behind the curtain. The aforementioned freshly coiffed and "pedi-fied" sexy lass was shocked that I had never seen a Harry Potter movie and being that I am going to be a first time uncle here very soon, she wants me to bulk up my DVD collection with childrens' flicks. We picked up the first 5 deluxe discs in the franchise for 10 bucks total!! Not too shabby considering how much DVDs can cost even used on Amazon Marketplace. Can't even get shipping for less than 3 bucks per disc. So if you are looking for a great deal....go to Pet, Pawns, & Imports! I gotta go and see if Harry is going to get that rat bastard Voldemort once and for all... Peace!! read more

I found this store to be a great place to get that one off item you have been looking for. the sales people were kind and quite attentive to my needs. they also gave my foster kids a discount on video games for good grades at school. I've been back quite a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience. I also heard they are quite competitive on loans though I have not used this service. read more

i went in looking to replace a lost earring, they had a bunch to choose from, they didn't have an exact match but were able to get me a matching diamond and had it and my old one reset in a better setting, at a great price. also they had a bunch of rings discounted 50% - thanks i'll be back. read more
