They completely damaged my hair after multiple attempts to lift a prior mermaid purple out and made it look horrednous after the failed attempt to color correct to a neutral brown. I walked out unhappy with a variations of browns with an ashy, green tint. They seem to be pretty good with the standard boring cuts and color and most of the stylists won't even explore out of the box. I wouldn't waste my time unless you're already a neutral brunette looking for some blonde highlights and a trim.

When she went over there to ask for her money back, they called her a liar and refused to refund her money. Then we went over theretogether and told them that she was very upset and wanted her money back. Kristi was the rudest person I have ever met and claimed that she had no reason to give her money back and continually called my friend a liar. Eventually my friend did get her money back for the shotty dye job, but a few minutes after that I received a call at my place of employment asking to speak to the manager. They were actually trying to complain to my boss about "causing a scene". Well the whole situation could have been avoided if they had done what was right and refunded her money and apologized. Calling someone at work the threaten them is pathetic.
