I enjoyed the stay and value for money was excellent.
I did stand in the elevator for about 5 minutes not realising that I had to swipe my card to make it work at first, but this is only minor and can easily be fixed by placing a plaque in the elevator simply for the comfort of visitors.
The room was great and free Austar was a bonus for the one hour I actully spent there that I was not sleeping. Whilst I was sleeping though, I did notice that I didnt get a king bed, just two single pushed together, with a great big crease down the middle which can cause some discomfort for couples and make a nights sleep very disruppted like ours.
The main thing I would suggest to people wanting to stay the night, add an extra $150 onto your trip that you're prepared to not see for 2-3 weeks.
There was a security deposit taken and not returned for over 2 weeks. When I approached about this, I was rudely told it's only $150 and I should just relax. My question is, why are you holding the money for two weeks? Personly, on a dual income, paying a home loan, an un expected missing $150 for two weeks, can put a lot of stress on your budget and undo the reson you went for a night away in the first place. read more
