My family and I stayed in a two bedroom suite for one night for a concert. The security was great. You have to have your key to enter the hotel and use the elevator. The gym and sauna are nice. The beds are comfy and warm. This hotel has great potential when you look at the convenient location and rooms. Things went south when we ordered room service. 1.5 hours until leaving for the concert, we put in orders for about $150 of food. By the time we were ready to leave, one and a half hours later, our food was not here. We called and asked and were told they simply "forgot" to make our food. This is ridiculous. They almost didn't refund us, telling us to get back by 10 and they'll make the food then. Have you ever been to a concert that ends before 10 pm? The hotel has wifi, which would have been a plus 5 years ago but is now pretty much expected. The problem is that you are only given 250 MB of data for Internet per room. That's nothing. One thing that makes staying somewhere away from home much more comfortable is access to my Netflix, my podcasts, etc when I'm ready to settle down in the evening. I've never stayed at a hotel in a city or even small town that does not offer free unlimited wifi, especially at the extremely high cost of this hotel. read more
