After living in multiple states w/legalized medical cannabis i can easily say this is one of my most favorite dispensaries! Tricann is all about atmosphere, product knowledge, and helping patients leave with the best products/strains for their particular ailments. The staff here is seriously passionate about cannabis and are always ready to discuss/answer patient questions. On top of that they have quality products; (particularly their concentrates, vape cartridges & flower). This dispensary has legit increased my personal quality of life- having safe consistant access to quality products... and also learning every time I go in so I feel like I've gotten much better at picking out things that really help with my medical needs. This is a special dispensary that really cares about their patients and nerds out on their cannabis. The combination is amazing! They also have handicap accessible parking and entrance. If you are in a time crunch, you can place an order online thru their website so that it is ready and waiting for you to just show your i.d. and pay when you get there. This shop has specials everyday of the week! 2 of my personal favorites are; -Flower Power Friday- discounted flower -Wax Wednesday- discounted concentrates They also have a wheel you get to spin with each purchase and gives you a chance for even better discounts and freebies XD Did I mention they have an amazing staff?! Is there anything better than a local dispensary where everyone knows your name? Well, name may be a stretch, but every staff member has been friendly and engaging akin to the Trader Joe's of dispensaries. - wide variety of products with knowledge staff (house and brand vapes, best gummies in the area, fun stuff like weed-infused IPAs or ice cream, dog CBD treats, and another 1/2+ store for non-cartridge/edible I don't use, and the selection is still plenty) - very reasonable prices + freebees beyond just a roll, with easier payment and fast service each of my 5+ visits - opens an hour earlier (9am) than Kind Farms, with similar to superior quality at 2/3 the price The owner has been kind and welcoming each visit, with a true passion in the business and providing high quality care to customers. I don't review often, but as much as I love the almost hidden gem status of this place, I am grateful they're here in the community and know they deserve the support. Not many businesses I have been associated with honestly have the patients welfare first, usually it's the dollar bill! Tricann takes the time and effort to make a difference. I have never had a negative experience with Tricann, the staff is always kind and very attentive. Special thanks to Dr. Kellie, I have always been unable to sleep well, with her knowledge my sleeping problems are a thing of the past. They offer a great variety of everything. Love this spot. My wife and I are there frequent. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgable. We usually go with a couple grams of wax and a pre roll and have yet to be disappointed. We appreciate you tricann! read more

The flower and THC edibles I bought were great. But, I bought a Palm vape battery. He's what happened. Bought it March 22 Battery failed ~April 1 Contacted store via email to inquire whether they warranty them or do I have to go to manufacturer. In the meantime I go to manufacturer site. Chinese company, so I start wondering whether I will get a response. Store replied and told me they don't sell the that battery. In a reply I send a receipt that shows I did. The reply is "we must have sold those and not stock them anymore." and "we don't warranty them" Wouldn't someone in the store know they were in stock 3 weeks ago and not tell me I was wrong about who sold it to me? Next, they ask me what my question was. In my initial email I asked if I need to go through the manufacturer's warranty directly. I thought it was clearly stated. So, all in all, a simple question I asked about who warranties this turns into "we don't sell them" implying wrong store (which it wasn't) and then basically saying "sorry, work with people in China". It was a piece of junk. A simple "sorry we sold you a crap product, perhaps we can make it up to you" would have closed this issue nicely. I understand perfectly that the warranty is through the manufacturer, but I was given sort of brush off at first, then a pretty meh level of trying to help the customer. Eventually in the last thread - "come into the store and we can work something out" themed email. Took my initial intent from posting 5 stars because the product was great and the person in the store when I purchased was awesome and makes me not return.
