I was in need of a restaurant location, with very specific parameters. I worked with a large commercial​ brokerage that kept affirming that I would get two properties for two stores. I waited 1.5 years of back and forth with them​ until they finally broke the news that the offer didn't go through. And then, I attend this event shortly and met Jason. I gave him the details and then within​ 2.5 weeks I signed the ​lease. 2.5 weeks after 1.5 years of waiting. How did he do this? While in the waiting room for the birth of his child (a lot of nervous hours), he thought about the urgency of my needs and called the Landlord to talk about the lease and make sure to complete the deal. This is beyond professional. I did not ask him to do this. He is that caring for each client that he takes on. I know this isn't always the case for every client out there. But Jason is not out there to get the largest chunk of cash from his clients. He only works with clients that would make sense and the properties that would fit. Even more so​, his team went and did the research and he offered some suggestions for​ the property that would make it a successful business opportunity. After six years when we were not able to renew he helped us secure an ideal temporary space which we ended up staying in for four years. Once he helped us find our permanent future commercial purchase, his advice was instrumental in helping us cancel our lease early with no penalty so we had minimal overlap. After a long and difficult escrow we closed and completed a perfect new construction buildout timely and have now been in our new space for six months and are very happy. Additionally he helped us secure a sublet of our additional space at market to help us cover the mortgage in anticipation of future growth.
