I was renting an apartment in West Goshen near my current employer, when quite suddenly, due to a…read moresituation that came up with the apartment rental, I found myself looking to buy a house in Chester County in a hurry. I was referred to Sean Donovan at this location by the seller's real estate agent. As my last experience with a mortgage was many years ago and my husband had primarily handled it, I was happy to have someone knowledgeable and prepared like Sean to guide me through the process, make sure that all needed documents were provided timely and early, and that there were no surprises at the end so we could close quickly. As it turned out, the first offer I made on a property wasn't accepted by the seller and it was a few weeks before I found another property that I liked well enough to make an offer on. In the meantime, Sean stayed in touch and answered questions I had. The offer I made on the second property was accepted and Sean worked with me all through the process so I didn't have to deal with dozens of different people at the mortgage company. He also came to the closing to make sure all the forms were correct and signed off just right. Overall I highly recommend Sean if you are looking for someone to help you through the complicated and sometimes annoying process of obtaining a mortgage in the current market. I feel confident that I obtained a good rate and had all my questions answered.

Jamie knows I had a bad experience with a real estate agent and mortgage broker In the past (who didnt care about the client) so she made it her goal to make sure her clients feel heard, properly represented, and supported. She wants her clients to go into and leave the deal with peace of mind that they got the best deal possible. Jamie actually cares about her individual client's needs more than anything! she is building a brand and that brand is all about word of mouth and referrals based on ideal service and representation!

My…read moreoffice is located in Exton, PA so I also serve Chester, Montgomery, and Bucks County. Being so close to Philadelphia, I have served clients in that market as well. What I think separates me from other agents is my value proposition. Any Agent can list a property on the MLS. I go above and beyond for my clients and fight tooth and nail until I get their homes sold in the quickest amount of time, netting them highest dollar amount, with the least amount of stress. I have a strong marketing plan and negotiation skills that put my clients in the best situation. With my home buyers, I make sure that I know all of their wants and needs and always make sure I am attentive. If they want to see a home, I am not asking other Agents to show them. I work one on one with my clients so that I am completely in the loop from contract to close. My business depends on referrals that I receive from all of my amazing clients, and I pride myself on providing the best customer service they have ever had when doing a Real Estate transaction. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person will make, so it is my job to provide expert market knowledge, communication skills, negotiation skills, all while making it fun and as stress free as possible! As a mother myself, I know what is important to families. Let me guide you through this process, and get the conversation started!

Because of their costs I'd still recommend them to someone looking for a mortgage, but you should beware of the hassles that might come up. Getting an initial quote and starting the loan process with Hamilton National was easy. I called up a broker, got a rough estimate of what closing costs would be and filled out an online application. They were happy to work with the title company that I'd used when I bought my house which saved me some money on the new lender's title insurance policy. Everything with my refinancing was going smoothly until it was time for the appraisal. I thought that their appraiser was a little conservative with her value estimate but that wasn't a big deal. What was annoying was that they raised a big stink over some work that had been done without permits. Some of the work had been done by the previous owner and was no problem the first time I applied for a mortgage, but suddenly I was told I had to go to the city and get permits for work that had been done more than two years ago. This wasn't a show-stopper but it was a huge hassle and a waste of several hundred dollars. To their credit Hamilton still honored the rate that I paid to lock-in even though the permit hassle meant that my closing was several days past the rate lock expiration. In the end my refinancing went through and the overall cost was much lower than it would have been with the other lenders I contacted. I wish they'd shown a little more flexibility and common sense over my permit situation but now that it's all done it was absolutely worth it.
