I had to keep reviewing and sending the papers back for him to correct basic mistakes, like the address to the courthouse, attesting they were over 18, etc.; very basic yet very important pieces of information! After, he served the papers, I filed them with the courthouse, and I thought it was completely taken care of. Little did I know, the court did not accept the papers, and stated the process server didn't do or fill out the papers correctly. So, immediately after, I contacted Statewide Process Servers, sent them pictures of the court letter, and asked for a refund. I received a very rude email back stating it was my fault, and I was acting on my own behalf as my own attorney, so they weren't issuing any refund. Then I sent another request, asking if they would simply reserve the other party or correct the papers to satisfy the court. They haven't responded and it's been a while, so that must be a "no "as well. I don't think they do good business or are ethical. It didn't save any money going with Statewide Process Servers, it only wasted it!!!

Each time I got a new lawyer we lost a lot of momentum in my case until the defense realized this and came in for the kill. This firm cannot keep lawyers. Only one time did I find out I had a new lawyer because I was called by the owner Chris Ault the rest, I found out by calling because it had been months since I heard anything. The last lawyer I had didn't file a rebuttal by the deadline (90 days) even though he told me 3 times he would do that. Therefore, I lost my case. Since the last lawyer left, I have tried to reach Chris Ault to speak to him about this whole big mess. Apparently, he has decided I'm not worth speaking to. I also tried to email him with no response back. If I'd had one lawyer that put forth a good effort to win, I wouldn't be angry. I decided on Prosigns because they were slightly cheaper than the other places around ( I found out why). I took my car in on Thursday July 30 and told Fernando that I needed it back by Sunday August 2 because I was going to be leaving town for a couple weeks. He told me that they should be able to finish the car by then. Fernando calls on Saturday and tells me that the car won't be finished until Monday. I ask what time on Monday, and the he proceeds to tell me that it actually won't be done probably until Wednesday. So I told him that I'd pick the car up when I got back into town, 3 weeks later. Fernando doesn't communicate with me or send pictures of the car for over a week, then the second week of August, I called several times to check the status of the car. Most calls went to voice mail, he finally picks up and tells me that it still is not done (3 weeks after I dropped it off with him) AND that they broke the back trunk handle of the car. 3 days before I get back in town to pick up the car, he runs my credit card for over $2000 without telling me! (Illegal) I get back the 3rd week of August to pick up the car and it is the absolute worst wrap job I've ever seen. The original paint is bleeding through several places, there are air bubbles, there are several awful patch jobs. He didn't even bother to wrap the trunk trim or the hood trim. Fernando isn't even on location the day I picked up the car (probably because he's so embarrassed on the crap job he did). I I drive home and hear rattling in the engine, I open the hood to find an exact knife lodged under the hood. I paid Prosigns over $4k for this and it is awful! Avoid this place at all costs!
