Communication was poor, time management from Mr Stolz is non existent, instead of supporting my request, Mr Stolz moved toward filing a court claim that would of cost hundreds of $$. I terminated on 1.17.2022 without receiving the requested letter and being charged almost $2000, that included a free consultation, fee for using PayPal (against UT consumer protection laws), overcharging for communication that was 75% me asking when I would get my letter. I recommend you find a lawyer that doesn't yell at you, doesn't add to your contract changing the original intent, doesn't wait until you terminated to provide billing, doesn't charge fees that are against rules. I had to keep reviewing and sending the papers back for him to correct basic mistakes, like the address to the courthouse, attesting they were over 18, etc.; very basic yet very important pieces of information! After, he served the papers, I filed them with the courthouse, and I thought it was completely taken care of. Little did I know, the court did not accept the papers, and stated the process server didn't do or fill out the papers correctly. So, immediately after, I contacted Statewide Process Servers, sent them pictures of the court letter, and asked for a refund. I received a very rude email back stating it was my fault, and I was acting on my own behalf as my own attorney, so they weren't issuing any refund. Then I sent another request, asking if they would simply reserve the other party or correct the papers to satisfy the court. They haven't responded and it's been a while, so that must be a "no "as well. I don't think they do good business or are ethical.
