After several emails and phone conversations, they now tell me they need to replace cross bar attached to my house,($400), and the labor is 6-8 hours or $1850, about a third of what I paid for it only 2 years ago!! Sent them an email communicating my displeasure, and never heard back. Either the install wasn't done correctly, or it wasn't designed to work reliably. Would not recommend them.

Came on April 23 and said something bent. Came June 10 to fix. The 3 servicemen said they didn't have enough workers with them and they did not have the correct size replacement piece.
