When we called the company about the warranty, we were told that they do not come and inspect the skylight but that we had to remove and bring it back to the factory. We have to remove, cover the hole, and then wait to see if they will honor the warranty and then replace the skylight. This is ludicrous. That is not a warranty. Do not buy from this company. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a huge letdown. Each time the crew came to install, something went wrong -- cracked quartzite, poorly cut cabinets (for a sink we ordered directly from them), and rough, visible seams. Despite sharing a detailed list of concerns, the owner never returned as promised. Instead, he sent different crews each time, none of whom corrected the issues. The craftsmanship was sloppy, the crews were careless, and my elderly parents were treated as if they were a nuisance. The final straw was when they failed to properly measure for the cooktop, leaving my 83-year-old father to figure out how to reinstall it himself. What started as a hopeful project turned into a stressful, frustrating mess. We chose Great Rock because the owner seemed committed and involved -- but after the first day, we never saw him again. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company. They did not deliver on their promises, their work was subpar, and their treatment of my aging parents was deeply disappointing.

We had Bonnie do multiple closets in our apartment. She came in to measure and sent us her proposal. We wanted some changes and she was very open to making changes and giving us feedback. After we agreed on our layouts she came again to confirm all measurements. A week later Bonnie and her team showed up and worked to get the job done quickly but without sacrificing anything in quality. We love our new closets and would not hesitate to recommend Symmetry to anyone. We believe Bonnie really does care about the final product and she proved she was willing to work to make that happen (she helped do the install with her crew).

One worked in our Master Bedroom, the other in the 2nd bedroom. Two days after installation, I discovered my engagement ring and diamond earrings missing from a box I had on my bedroom dresser (they arrived 1 hour early to the appointment, so I wasn't done removing and putting away all valuables). When I called the next day to report this to the Owner of the Company, I was told "Oh, well it must have been so and so, we fired him the day after your job because he was new and we didn't have a good feeling about him." There was no offer to rectify this and it's awful to know that they are employing people whom are sent into clients homes that are not vetted or who are not trustworthy.
