Communication was good but I felt like I needed to "babysit" to make sure windows were being cleaned. I asked for the screens to be cleaned for the add on price and was told "we can't get them any cleaner than what they are". I will attach a picture of my "clean" screen. When inquiring about a quote, I sent pictures of indoor door walls that I wanted to be cleaned, was told no problem it would be quoted with job. The guys were wrapping up inside and I had to ask about the door walls, was told that wasn't on the quote and they would need to make a phone call. Was told they would do them but basically they would be doing it for free because the quote didn't reflect the extra cost. I tipped and felt obligated to add extra tip for the door walls. After the guys left I walked around and noticed screens were left out of windows and the rooms were left a mess with things that were moved and left, not at all the detail I am looking for. I have my windows done twice a year and more than willing to pay for great service and the extras, unfortunately, it won't be with this company again.

Well they also have a $500 NON REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE. Of course they don't tell you until after you sign!! We agreed on a type of style /color and apparently my insurance didn't cover it. Did anyone check since they claimed to work with Insurance? nope Did he return the style while on the phone with my insurance and myself the homeowner to prevent a hiccup along the way? NOPE, he said we'll deduct the difference... did we ever receive a difference ? NOPE Yes, it was the "owner" who conveyed the issue after realizing. THE OWNER THREATENED ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REST AND THAT I WAS HOLDING BACK THE CHECK ( I HAD TO WAIT TO GET MAILED OUT TO ME FROM THE INSURANCE) The owner is very good at calling your insurance to see if the check was mailed out but won't do his job when it comes to invoice issues and discrepancy. I trusted a sales rep whose work duration there was only two weeks as he was no longer employed. That should show you how long their employees stay with them.

DD is looking out for me as a person, as opposed to merely being someone who is making money off of my property. Examples: He has lent me tools when I wanted to fix things on my own, referred me to other people to help with my house, given me free flowers for my yard and offered to make me artwork. On a more professional note, he has done yardwork outside and handy work inside. This has included high quality landscaping, taking ivy off of my brick, and planting free flowers in my yard. Inside, he has hung up pictures and other artwork, fixed problems in my bathroom, and helped me snake a drain. The list could go on, too.
