ASR was the only one that could answer all our questions-though we only learned the questions by talking to a bunch of people. My property was actually cleaner when they left. The house feels so tight now, looks great. One thing they don't tell you, it is LOUD, especially in a ranch.

I just checked with Michigan roofing codes and there is no such change in layers. Double layer is acceptable in all Michigan cities. I also checked Go To Roofing for verbiage. Posted on their site shows they do double layer roofing. I don't like being conned. I believed rep as being trustworthy. I did have an option but it wasn't given to me. I called roofing due to possible leak in upstairs back bedroom.

I requested warranty replacement for the cracked window, after review they agreed it was defective. It 2 took mths for the replacement to happen. Tech Tara did a excellent replacement of the cracked window. She was a dynamo, working by herself in the high 80's temperatures. She cleaned up her after her replacement. My biggest complaint with Majic is their terrible customer service communication. Never can reach anybody when you call their contact number, you leave your number and wait for them to return your call. It took over 21/2 mths I waited for an answer to my initial installation date, but only AFTER calling the financial institute and complaining about their lack of communication from Majic. My friend and I were greeted by the Showroom Manager Diane LaFlair, who was sitting behind the concierge desk. She asked us to sign in and whether we were looking for something in particular. We signed in, and answered we were just browsing. My friend was looking for bathroom floor tiles. Diane did not come across as particularly friendly, but was courteous enough to thank us for signing in; so far, so good. We roamed around a bit, and saw three different styles that were of possible interest. We went back to Diane - who unlike her colleague, who was actively engaged with another prospective client, had not moved from her desk - and let her know we wanted to compare certain tiles side by side on the floor. Diane finally stood up and walked over to the wall where one of the three samples was, and my friend asked if Diane could "put it down", pointing at the tile. Meaning, can you pick it up off the wall and lay it on the floor? I think it is a reasonable request, one doesn't want to have a klutzy moment and mistakenly drop a tile on the floor and break it. Store employees should handle fragile objects... Diane disappeared. After a couple of minutes we walked to her desk, and she was "putting" it down on the computer... As an order? We were confused, and corrected the impression. It was clear that we were not going to get help from Diane, so I picked up the tile and put it on the floor. Then since Diane was not going to assist us, we went around the store, picked the other two samples and laid them on the floor next to the original one so we could finally compare. Diane got up from her seat and was now standing next to us. While my friend and I were discussing the tiles, Diane started helping a new comer. She was all smiles. Meanwhile we made a selection, that was going to be a purchase order, and we - again no help from Diane - put back the other two tiles on their respective places on the wall, leaving the one we wanted on the floor. Diane then says: Do you mind if I move this one from the floor so nobody can trip on it? I say: sure that makes sense, it is the one we are going for. Diane picks it and instead of writing down the information, or setting aside, she walks off with the tile, puts it back on the wall, and goes to actively assist the newcomer I mentioned earlier. My friend and I looked at each other in disbelief. We walked out. I hope the owner of this place reads this review. Diane has no idea of what customer service is, lost a sale for not paying attention and being very cold and unhelpful, and she may have issues serving minorities...
