I love Trifecta Kennels. The service here is amazing. The dogs love this place. Eugene is a great person and Leader. Noel is an amazing groomer the dogs love the staff here and the staff loves the dogs too. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. The great care, love and attention here is very noticeable. This kennel doesn't provide any sort of temper control for the doggy daycare. This summer has been hot- multiple days over 100 degrees. The kennel staff claim the dogs have shade and fans and it's not that hot. I think this is a good kennel in fair weather. But in any extreme weather, I wouldn't send my dog here. Note that the boarding kennels are temperature controlled. Lastly, I don't feel that this kennel is forth coming. You can't see the kennel before enrolling your dog. The pricing is unclear, and there are soooo many add on it's gimmicky. read more

Noelle(I believe worker) and Lisa (Owner) very rude. Just know if your dog is there for day care there will be no one watching them from 12-3 as that's the staffs lunch/ dogs rest per Noelle. No one on site to observe dogs for 3 hours?? Not safe what so ever. It's unfortunate. Would not recommend bringing your loved pups here! read more

I wish there was a raiting below one. I had been receiving a text from this company about a zoom call. However I was confused because It had my uncles name and he IS NOT ABLE to set up meeting or even know what to do to get in contact with these people. I reached out. The individual name is Garry. When I asked him to confirm my uncles last name he did not. I apologized for any inconvenience and miss understanding. Garry proceeds to say How very strange. When I asked how things got set up? Garry stated that it was through an application but once again. My uncle IS NOT ABLE. I explaind this to Garry and he proceeds to say please don't book with us again. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! And when I call I get sent and to voice mail. Do not work with these people. They can not even get a simple mix up of a conversation right without being disturbingly rude. read more

This is the worst of the worst. We used to board our dogs here; however, after the owners started relying more on an inexperienced and young staff to care for the dogs, the kennel went rapidly downhill. After their last stay, our dogs were miserable and lethargic. When questioned, the owner was defensive, and said she would rather lose a long-time client than fire any of her staff. In addition, there was a constant change in groomers -- one complained that our 15 year old collie would not stand while she was grooming. I asked why she hadn't noticed that he did not have use of one of his hind legs. Great job, guys!!! If you love and care about your dogs, DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE! I would like to leave zero stars but, the only way to leave a review is to give the place at least one star! Do know, however, that my review is a zero star rating. read more

I stopped going to Trifecta Kennels probably around 2008 or early 2009 or so. I used to take my GSD for grooming but they managed to cut her - and let me tell you, it was not a small cut - and later when I noticed it I called them. I just wanted to know why they didn't tell me about that cut so I could keep an eye on it and guard it from infection. But instead of taking any responsibility for it, they denied they cut her. All I wanted was an explanation and an apology. But they couldn't do that. Now with the Holder situation - they lost a client's dog - they're completely denying any responsibility. They did not help search for a dog that was in their care. They did not offer any support whatsoever to the family. AND when the dog escaped they notified the owner FIVE hours later. That is unacceptable. I would never trust these people with any pet. read more

I'll start with the positives: Noel is very sweet and shows a lot of care towards the dogs. I appreciate that because my pup can be shy when left in new places. I've also heard amazing reviews about the doggy day care and boarding services, and felt very secure in my use of their grooming services via what was boasted on their website about their award winning groomer.... Now the not so positive: I'm sure the awards won for grooming service were not for their work on long haired/furred Dogs. I have a long haired dauschund and when I originally called to make an appointment I was assured that "Yes, we schedule a lot of long haired doxies for grooming." I felt very comfortable hearing this and booked the appointment for my boy. Upon drop off, I was asked what I wanted done, and me, thinking that surely they have done this work before said "As short as you can." (Yes, shame on me for not clarifying. I take responsibility for that.) What I got at the end of the grooming session looks nothing like a long haired doxie... he is trimmed "as short as possible", yes. In a manner that makes him look unrecognizable to his breed and down right unhealthy. His fur is uneven in many spots, some areas retaining their length while others are shaved to his skin. He doesn't have that clean "just groomed" smell to him and instead makes me wonder if he was bathed at all, or just immediately shaved down. (Which is upsetting because I was told "I'll give him a nice oatmeal bath" for his minor skin allergies) The unevenness of the fur is really the concerning part. Thankfully his face was spared from the clippers, but all down his back and shoulders (areas that should be easy to even out) are all different lengths and will now grow back strangely. Bad hair cuts and miscommunications happen, but for the price and promise I don't feel that the quality lives up to what is boasted. We won't be returning. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My dog stayed one night (one!) and it was a disaster. First, woman at the counter fought with me about my dog's current info and kept shushing me like I was the one going in the kennel! Wouldn't allow any personal items into the kennel, not even a collar. Considering we did not opt for the open field run with other dogs where toys were frequently lost (she is dog aggressive) we didn't quite understand why she could not even take a small ball with her. We felt like we were giving our dog away instead of boarding her for the night. When we came back the next day during check out hours, the door was locked, and we couldn't open the door until about 20 minutes later when someone finally opened up. Price was NOT the one quoted to us, and there was no mention that this was a cash only business. So another ten minutes later, cash in hand after a quick visit to the atm, and this kennel had the nerve to bring back the WRONG DOG. You read that right, they didn't even bring us back our own dog! Luckily we got her back, but she was not in the condition that she arrived in. Large and angry red scratches marked the inside of her thighs. Considering we reiterated countless times that she should not be around other dogs, I doubt that they were the cause. But a majority of the staff in noticeably young (think---high school) so who knows what could have happened to my beautiful dog in one awful night. I've made it a point to tell all of my canine-loving friends to avoid this place like the plague. Please do not make the same mistake that we did, your dog will thank you for it! read more

They take care of the dogs and treat them very kindly, but almost all of the employees cut corners. They'll let dogs run around in the yard with a ton of dog shit because they don't want to scoop up the poop until the end. The kennels themselves could really be cleaned a ton better. They're about speed- not efficiency. Also they offer a service called grand slam, where you pay extra to let your dog run for 15 minutes outside- the main employees cut this time to nothing. They'll take a picture of the dog and put them right back in. Like I said, they're about speed- nothing else. read more

On the hunt for a new groomer. First appointment there and they said we made a mistake on the appointment but did fit him in to be groomed. The grooming was okay. Next appointment was fine. Everything was good no issues. I called the other day and she said 10am this Friday. I wake my husband who works over nights to take him since I was working. He gets there nope the person put it in the book for JUNE 30. Well I asked for an appointment as soon as possible and this Friday is JUNE 23. They couldn't fit him in:( they have some scheduling stuff they need to work out and fix before we return there. I'm willing to pay more for better service so off to Beauty Pawlor tomorrow who fit him in :) read more

I recently boarded my two miniature labradoodles. We were greeted by friendly staff, who guided us into a lock gated area where the buildings that house the individual kennels are located. My dogs were taken one at a time into the kennel building and place into their kennel that would be their home for 5 nights. I clearly could see from the outside of the kennel building, that each of the kennels had its own individual outdoor area separated by a closed doggie door. When the staff member came back to escort me back out, I asked when do they open the doggie door that leads to the attached outdoor individual fenced area? I was extremely disheartened to learn that, and I quote, "We never open those doors, because it would be too much for us to clean!" I was appalled, but yes- left my dogs anyway, I had no other alternative at the time. I had opted for the extra supervised outings, and trusted they would be taken out a few time daily. When I picked up my boys, I was happy to see that they were being supervised outside playing in the fenced area where the building that houses the kennels are. The staff member who was with my boy at the time brought them to me one at a time and I put them on my leash. My second dog was too excited, and we had trouble getting him on my leash. The staffer suggested that she would walk him to my car for me. While we were walking to the car, I noticed that my dog's butt was completely covered with yellow diarrhea. I pointed that out and the staff person offered to hose him off. The mess was caked on, and the hose didn't do the trick. He was taken inside the grooming area, and returned still with yellow feces caked on. (His coat is black, so not hard to see the yellow.) I had baby wipes in the car, so finished the job myself. Once home I found out that both dogs has diarrhea, which is odd since I sent along their Blue Dog food. My both dogs are happy to be home of course, but one of them seems like he's aged 10 years, walking stiff and depressed, he is only 4 years old. The 2 year old pup seems better physically, but slightly depressed. I just found out from my sister that the same happened to her dog several weeks earlier. Her dog came back after a week's stay at Trifecta with diarrhea and depressed and aged for a week upon returning home. (I didn't know that prior to me boarding my dogs.) I can't help to wonder why the rates they charge can't cover the cleaning of the outside kennel? Their website clears shows on one of the videos, an individual kennel being cleaned and the doggie door leading out is opened. Needless to say I will not be using Trifecta to board ever again. I heard good things about this place so I kept my dog here in April. Once again i just left my dog here over the weekend. My dog is a "runner" she will run away whenever she possibly gets the chance and has done so multiple times to me and was known to jump fences to get away when she was with her previous owner. She can never be let off the leash for a second outside. This was well explained to the Trifecta staff and they had it in Bold in their notes. I even left my runner cable with them to attach her too like I do everyday at home. The first two days we saw pictures on their facebook of her outside on a leash/runner cable. The last day we noticed she was not on a leash in the pictures!! We called and spoke to one of the staff members and was advised that the Owner of Trifecta had told her to take the leash off for the picture and that it is written in bold in her notes that my dog should NEVER be off her leash. When we got there we told the staff member that we feel like we shouldn't have pay for today as she wasn't properly taken care of. We were very calm the whole time as we know it was not the staff members fault whatsoever she was just following what her boss told her. Then the Owner Lisa came in and immediately started yelling at us saying that she is annoyed and never wants our business again and to never come back. She went on to argue that it was for my dogs "safety" which makes no sense considering every single day I see facebook pictures of dogs on leashes there. I had mentioned how I heard that a dog had already escaped from there and she goes on to say that not one but Four dogs had escaped there. I said exactly so my dog could have easily escaped as well and could have been hit by a car. But she says No thats not the point because they were all recovered, which is an argument a 12 year old would make. She threateningly ordered the staff member to keep our dog caged up until we paid the full amount so I paid the amount and will never be back. This was the most disturbing experience I've ever had at any place of business and cannot believe someone would dare attack a customer who has yet to even say a thing or raise their voice even the slightest bit. She could have easily calmly explained that we could have a refund for today and she will never do it again or just explain that she paid her employees to take care of my dog for the day so she doesn't see it fit for a refund and I would have been just fine with that. Instead she immediately attacks us and belittles us. This was extremely disgusting and disturbing and I hope nobody ever takes there dog to this distraught woman's place of business ever again. read more
