SoFla is very unique & particular place,the north east - west coast & Europe that have a different approach to work in the trades . After having a horrible experience, I called several companies on a list & Triforce was one of them. Asked Shaul/Saul, if the work would cost thousands as others quoted & he reassured the real cost or value for the job, which was fair. He was responsive with a delicate job. Fact is after a job, I had to call him to charge me for service that was not included in the invoice/ bill. That's the kind person that he is. He is always looking out for doing good professional work & honest work, with a reasonable fair price.
While cost is usually (for some) a deciding factor in hiring for services; experience, knowledge, confidence, & craftsmanship should really be the reasons to hire anyone or the priority to hire anyone. Triforce has those qualities. They are also on time, quick, have a get it done attitude, & are energized on the job. For me, in part, what stood out is the ability to work with my schedule or the ability to be accommodating to my schedule given circumstances. That is an exceptional trait, that I found amazing that not others do. Triforce is not the type to cancel last minute for bigger or better paying gigs or jobs. Always showed up ready & on time!. I appreciate the patience & the countless times that Triforce worked with me, which includes detailed and correct paperwork for jobs. Triforce does build connections, every time that a job was completed, I was met with a genuine "Thank you for your business or thank you or thank you, have a great rest of your day". How many organizations / companies actually do this with their customers in sofla? Every inquiry was answered and work explained. That is good business etiquette.
Summed up, Triforce was hired for knowing the trade & working with my schedule, which made it convenient. You can 100% put your trust with the electrical work that Triforce provides. I say this because I know the industry.
Additionally, Triforce's assistant Sarahlee (sarah) was funny & a real hard worker; that did a really great job! :) She is one awesome bright person!!! I wish for her much success, and nothing but the best, today & for always. She is such a leader :)
But, truth, not everything is perfect. A real disappointment is not obtaining reports (I was left for a long time waiting to no avail or was unsuccessful) that were requested and promised. But, never delivered. should've...could've...would've been provided. It is what it is, at this point. An important matter to me because it gives an accurate assessment into an investment. 100% Real issue for me. And, not something that I was expecting from Triforce. For this reason I wouldn't give a rating, for this matter because things happen, we are human. Its a mishap.
However, everything else pertaining to job performance related, or work related, skill related, & service related deserves 5 stars or more stars,, all stars. Triforce strives to provide 100% their best all the time with their work & goes above and beyond to make sure work is completed and work is done correctly. No one company is perfect. What one company may have another may not. But, overall regarding the work of Triforce, they really stand out in a good light & in comparison, to others. Triforce is very dedicated to work & that is perhaps one of their best talents. I would 100% recommend Triforce.
Speaking as someone who has familiarity with this trade & speaking as homeowners, renters, sellers, or buyers of real estate, I would highly recommend getting an electrical safety inspection. It's a thorough maintenance test that checks for safety within all your electrical systems. Ask Triforce about those services. Because, It is worth doing.
