Jordan was quick to point out he didn't think he was responsible, but I have at least one gaping hole in the floor of my foundation that has let humidity enter my home. He stated he does not have a process in place to check for situations where the plumbing entrances into the home remained in tact. He said he would help by cutting out drywall in the house to seal up any other holes that may have happened, but then he ghosted me. The real solution would be excavation to repair this properly, but I guess it's my fault for hiring this company without knowing the consequences of an older homes piping. I didn't have any issues with my AC before this company moved the unit. Afterwards I needed a whole new unit. Their price may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you want it done right by true AC pros, call The A/C Guy, Inc. (which is who I had fix the damage AC by Speedy caused). It may run you a little more money, but the quality of service is worth it.

I made several attempts to call and sent an email to customer service and still -- 5 days later I have not received a response via phone or email. I was left with no A/C on a weekend and had to hire someone on a Saturday to fix my issue. I discovered a slew of other issues with not cleaning the unit properly, etc., through this new technician.
