I would not advise to trust this clinic. Maybe in some cases they do nothing bad but this all feels sketchy. If I see that the "doktor" is in fact a marketing specialist and there is no reviews about the technique on YouTube or google apart from reviews from the company account talking about its own self .. all those videos are from years ago. trigenics clinic is WAY over priced. My quote was 3 thousand. There are some good chiropractors who can do it a few visits. I'm on my second frozen shoulder in 5 yrs (left side now right side). I paid 65/visit x 5 visits and in a little over a month I had full use of my arm. I'm currently in treatment for the other arm. Physio is a joke- swirling your arm and crawling fingers up a wall is ridiculous, maybe in 2yrs it'll be fixed. In my experience chiropractor was what worked. read more

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Austin and the entire team for a great experience addressing my Frozen Shoulder. Several months ago, I started having pain and reduced range of motion with my right arm, my dominate arm. I quickly reached out to a shoulder specialist that I had used before with my left arm. This time, after months of therapy and continued reduction in range of motion, my doctor finally said, there's nothing else I can do. You just need to continue the exercises and eventually it should get better. At that point I started researching, hoping to find a solution. I found that it is not uncommon for it to take 2-3 years to achieve pain relief and at that point it is not uncommon to have permanent loss of some range of motion. I also found information on the Oolo-Austin Trigenics (OAT) Procedure. Being a little cautious, I searched the web for everything I could find on OAT and Trigenics. One of the first reviews I found was not good at all. But it was the only negative review I could find. All of the others gave outstanding reviews, ratings, and testimonials. So, I went back to the negative review to better understand. It sounded like the individual refused to follow the pre and post procedure requirements. With that in mind, it seemed to me, that Trigenics was being blamed for the patient's own decisions and failure. I decided to discount this review and contact the Frozen Shoulder Clinic for more information. Fiaz contacted me and reviewed the entire process making sure that I understood the need to follow the correct diet, breathing technique training, and pain management protocols. He said that even with proper preparation to be prepared for 2-3 minutes of intense to severe pain during the procedure. The day of the procedure went exactly as planned. Parts of the procedure were uncomfortable but not really painful. I am sure the pre procedure medication, relaxation techniques, and breathing process helped significantly. There was a minute or two that was very painful but bearable with proper breathing. Afterwards it was all worth it. I was immediately able to fully extend both arms fully above my head and the pain was gone. I am still working on the hand-behind-the-back motion but making progress using the post procedure exercise plan. I did take advantage of the help of one of their overnight therapist to ensure I was following the process correctly and would encourage others to do so also. So, would I do it again? Absolutely! I actually read this review (Trigenics nightmare Review site) before I had my procedure done and it almost scared me out of having the procedure. After reading the success rates for other treatments and surgeries I changed my mind. From MUA to adhesive capsulitis surgery to physical therapy the success rates are 50 to 75 percent at best. Recovery can also take 2-3 years. You're looking at 36 months of debilitating excruciating pain. I had suffered for 3 months with pain that left me in bed and unable to move my right arm. I opted for two minutes of intense pain instead. And honestly it was very painful but it was worth it to stop the long term debilitating suffering. Faiz was totally honest with me from the start. I spoke to him before I had my procedure and he explained everything in detail that would happen and that is how it happened just as he said. I almost decided not to have the procedure done but after considering the months of pain and my options I decided it was worth it. I wanted my life back. I think the person that wrote this review may not have suffered with frozen shoulder long enough to understand how debilitating it actually is. The nerve pain is excruciating that goes on for months and months with no relief or end in sight. If you've suffered with frozen shoulder like I did for so long, you are willing to be in pain for a few minutes and willing even happy to be able to do exercises, just to be able to move your arm again without setbacks and not live in constant fear of the "zingers" caused by the severe nerve pain. If you are suffering with frozen shoulder you recognize the pain and the term "zingers" which is sometimes used to describe it. I did have some pain after the surgery but I can assure you it was nothing like the pain I experienced when I had Frozen Shoulder. The pain of suffering with Frozen Shoulder is debilitating and excruciating. Its the kind of pain that brings you to your knees and you're in tears for 10-15 minutes every time you move your arm the wrong way. Completing the exercises is difficult and painful but it is not the same kind of pain. It is a soreness and exhausting and I have to push through it. It is difficult but nothing like the nerve pain and the constant setbacks experienced before the procedure. I received 90 to 95% range of motion the next day following the procedure and the pain decreased tremendously. I have not had another zinger since that day. I am still doing my exercises but I see progress each day and the soreness is decreasing. Dr. Austin was a nice man and very focused on his job of getting you better. I am very grateful to him and his research with Trigenics and Faiz for my treatment. I got my life back in a few days. If you are willing to go through a few days of pain and go through some strenuous exercises then you can have your life back too. I will not tell you that it is easy but it's better than suffering for 36 months to as long as 10 years which can be the case sometimes. It's better than physical therapy that only causes more pain and sets you back to not being able to move with no range of motion. Or surgeries that don't work and leave you in more pain than when you started. I'm in week 8 and I have almost complete range of motion and little pain. I know people still suffering from frozen shoulder and I'm so sad that this review may be preventing them from getting the help they need. I'm so grateful I was able to get this treatment. Saw a physiotherapist for an assessment for neck pain and will never return. More expensive than other clinics. Appointment was rushed and unprofessional. Received 20 minute massage even though had just finished explaining that extensive massage therapy had not worked in the past. When asked whether she thought I required physiotherapy or massage therapy, her answer was "I do both." No stretches or exercises given (had to ask). Basically paid $100 for a physiotherapist to give a 20-minute massage (you pay less than that for a full hour massage with a massage therapist). When asked to make my next appointment, I was offered an appointment with a different physiotherapist (???). Expressed my disappointment to the clinic director who offered a complementary session, which was absolutely not an option. No money reimbursed. read more
