There was no apology and no reassurance that we would be accommodated! Secondly there was verbal conversation the day before and the morning of 6/12 and it was written in the contract that someone was going to be there at 12:00pm so we could begin setup! Third there was water leak in the venue and we had to move tables so nothing would get soaked. Fourth! We have made several attempts at contacting the owner to discuss this matter and talk about the deposit NO ANSWER OR RETURN of a phone call TO THIS DAY! Fifth! The contract time was changed AFTER they were late opening up! UNPROFESSIONAL I do NOT NOT advise anybody to do business with them! On the day of the event the excuse for the tardiness was the venue was being sold to a new owner and there a mixup in communication. Again it's been NO communication back for accommodation! Ridiculous & Disgusted !
