Everything from start to finish - communication with options and rates, assisting us with best options for our needs, completing necessary paperwork for our dog, to when the plane would be arriving at the FPO to pick us up was excellent. I had an awful experience in what I believe (especially because of price point) should be exactly the opposite. As a business owner who occasionally charters for work, I was left in disbelief with the level of disregard I was shown. Bottom line, you have to be careful when working with a brokerage that doesn't actually operate the fleet. Through Trilogy I was connected to an operator that was AWFUL. They wouldn't reschedule due to a hurricane keeping me from getting to the city of orgin, charged me a substantial amount to reroute and then were 4 hours late picking me up with NO EXPLANATION...They practically ghosted me. For all of this I was given a less than 7% concession. I could hardly believe that I would have been treated better by a commercial airline for a delay and also been at my location on time. After much run around and having to dig for answers on my own, I found out the aircraft was late because of mechanical issues. It was literally the worst and most costly travel experience I've ever had. After calling incessantly and speaking to management, apologies were profuse BUT no actual responsibility was taken for connecting me to a less than acceptable operator. Currently, I've been waiting for a month to hear back on additional concessions with not one call. Bottomline is simply to ask a brokerage you're considering working with if they actually operate the aircraft otherwise you can be out a TON of money with everyone playing the blame game and you being left with a HUGE bill! read more

Chartered a flight for two groups. Company seemed highly disorganized. Passenger list received by pilot was wrong resulting in 2 hour delay. Year of manufacture of plane was 4 years older than promised. Catering wrong. Very unhappy group of us. CEO took no responsibility and instead blamed every mishap on someone else. Trilogy Aviation Group - Tyler Serafine recently went the extra mile for me when I had a medical emergency come up with my spouse. I was in Montana and my spouse was possibly being taken into emergency surgery in Los Angles 1400 miles away the next day. Needless to say is was a very scary situation for me and my family. I sent an email to Trilogy Aviation and Tyler got in touch with me within an hour to get my trip details. He had the type of aircraft I requested and two pilots that were ready to meet me in Salt Lake City in less than 24 hrs! He was also able to give me a bit of a take off window, as I expected to be in rush hour traffic to get to the plane. He was very efficient, providing me with a contract with all the expected costs via email right away and was also very pleasant and understanding of my situation.
