Do know that, if you have a layover here in Dallas that requires you to change gates it can take a while. While signage is clear and easy to follow, and I was walking at a fairly brisk pace, I had about 1 1/2 hours layover and arrived to my departing gate just as the plane was ready to board. This is due to the time it takes to get to the tram, ride the tram through a few stops and to the appropriate set of gates (which are quite spread apart) and then navigate to the gate areas - so even with that long of a layover, I wasn't able to browse the shops and didn't have time to dally. That said, there were plenty of food options in this airport, including a TGI Fridays in one terminal where they guarantee diners will be in and out in 30 minutes.

Terminal A at DFW is one of the best terminals in terms of parking, easy TSA and food choices…read more Tip, if you park your car at DFW, always take a few pictures of where you parked and the walking path and elevator floor. It's easy to not remember where you parked. TSA has this new touch-less feature that is marked in your boarding pass and boom so easy to get though. It does face recognition and that's it! Stopped by Starbucks and on to my gate. Easy travel experience.

The Lincoln Navigator that he transported us in to & from DFW was very comfortable & smooth to ride in. It also had a lot of luggage room for our obscene amount of luggage (6 bags). Tommy was very polite & pleasant to converse with & got us to our departure gate in plenty of time for our international AA flight. On our return trip from DFW to home @ 9:15 p.m. he was waiting for us as we walked out of the airport terminal & had texted us to reassure us about his location. We were very pleased with the service & will certainly use them again.

Thank goodness for Skylink!…read more If you ever traveled through Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) you would be amazed at the shear size of this airport. This morning when I was catching my flight home, I swear my flight was leaving from Terminal C, but when I checked in at American Airlines at DFW, my actual flight was leaving from Terminal A. What to do??? Skylink my friends....... Just watch for the signs within the airport terminal for the Skylink, take the escalator up to the top of the airport terminal and jump on the orange rail thingy. The Skylink rail car does have a few seats, but it's mostly for riders to stand. Using Skylink rail is a very convenient way to get around this massive airport, especially if you're in a rush to navigate between the airport terminals.

So, unfortunately, we had to sleep on the flight. This airline made it decently easy to sleep on a plane. They provided us with pillows and blankets. Also, the economy seats could recline more than they usually do, making sleeping easier. Besides they sleep, the airline provided us with free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was decent which is good for plane food. Also, we no delays and/or problems with flying for once so that was nice. Overall, great airline and I highly recommend using them if you want to travel somewhere far.
