Complimentary fuji water

Really nice hotel. Parking is pretty scarce so I had to park a block away and walk. There's a couple of restaurant on the property. Rooms are really nice..bathroom could have been cleaned better. Bed was very comfortable. The ceilings are high with exposed beams. Fuji water was provided in the room along with a nice robe. Bathroom was super cute. Staff was friendly as well There's a rooftop bar/restaurant but the rain kept me from seeing it. Would definitely stay here again.

Autograph Collection hotels are a real gem in the Marriott portfolio thanks to their uniqueness and representation of the location. The Trilogy Hotel is one of the newest properties in the city and combines two warehouses where rooms are located along with a Greek Revival mansion that houses the restaurant. It's a breathtaking restoration and from a design standpoint, this is really a superb property representing local artists throughout. While checking in, overheard a situation where guests were given keys to an occupied room and walked in on somebody there. Upon checkin, received an upgrade to "Rosa Parks Suite" as a Platinum elite. A great upgrade as a whole, although calling the room a suite is a huge exaggeration. There is no living room space and while the room is spacious, it is certainly not a suite or even a junior suite. It does have a great patio, but the cushions were already stained despite the hotel being very new. Where trilogy did struggle in some big ways is the service. For this reason, it is impossible to give it a better rating. The breakfast restaurant is a disaster, the lady working as a server had so much attitude and passive aggressive demeanor, it was very unpleasant to be there. The avocado toast was also a joke, a thin layer of what looked like store bought guacamole on bread. Shrimp and grits were solid. As a whole however, the experience of going to eat breakfast as a guest left a very unpleasant impression.

Just wrapped up my first incredible stay at the Trilogy and I look forward to my next work trip in Montgomery. The property is fabulous and in the perfect location. Hello, rooftop bar and adjoining Starbucks so I could mobile order and pick up my coffee before heading out! The Trilogy team-- Chandler, Romaine, and Ms. Willette, to name a few champions, were absolutely wonderful representations of stellar customer care. During my stay, I had one not-so great situation that Chandler and Romaine rectified with intention and true concern for my experience. I was more than pleased with their attention, swift, and decisive action. Now, onto Ms. Willette who may be the hardest working woman I've ever seen in real time. Before my day of meetings in Montgomery began around 7AM, she sat me for breakfast, and when I basically crawled into the crowded Waterworks bar for a nightcap and snack before bed around 9:30PM, guess who took my order?! Yep, Ms. Willette. My jaw was on the floor-- and I was like "how in the world are you still on your feet AND smiling?" She's incredible, and made me feel horrible for being exhausted from the day. Keep up the great work, Team Trilogy. Perfect isn't the point. Caring is. You've gained a fan!

My first night here was quiet bliss. My second two I felt like I was sharing my bed with other guests (despite being a solo traveler)--that's how close their conversations (and coughs and throat clearing) sounded. I don't know if the Trilogy has the thinnest walls of any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory or I was just really unlucky but I can tell you very specific details of conversations happening in at least two other rooms. I didn't just hear muffled voices. I heard a political strategist speaking in detail about his day's meetings. I heard a woman call the front desk to report a cockroach that was still alive. (Yikes.) These voices were so clear and distinct it nearly felt like these folks were IN my room! (Seriously unpleasant.) I dig the design of the Trilogy. The staff was exceedingly friendly. The hair dryer was powerful and dried my hair fast. The clothing steamer, along with plenty of hangers in the closet, made me happy. But they have got to do something about the sound insulation (read: get some!) I wish I could rate the Trilogy higher because there's so much good here but when 2/3 nights of sleep aren't possible? Nothing's more important than sleep, especially in a hotel!

This place is great. The rooms have vaulted ceilings, the lobby is like a little boutique art exhibit, the roof top is cool to see the city. Shower has good water pressure and a separate wand. Has a little fridge and a clothes steamer. The little restaurant is nice, parking is valet, and the entire atmosphere is comfortable. The bed and pillows are top notch and comfortable. Love this place. My 4th stay!

Stayed here last night. We had 6 rooms. 2 of us had cockroaches in the room and 2 had ridiculously noisy fans. The lobby and restaurants were nice, I just don't like sharing my room with cockroaches.

Room was small but comfortable. The building had a lot of character. Staff was friendly. Loved the modern but cozy decor.

I stayed with a roommate at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa from Jan 7, 2026 to Jan 8, 2026…read moreas part of a Road Scholar tour program. It was the most luxurious of the three hotels in the program. Photos shown include our room 317. The room included two queen beds, a reasonably large desk, a door to an adjoining room, two religious literature (a Gideons' Holy Bible, and The Book of Mormon) in the nightstand, ample closet space, and "high-tech" light switches that required some head-scratching to use them. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower stall. I used the latter. The bed pillows were fluffier than those of Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead, so I needed just one to sleep on. I had to contact front desk and maintenance staff for a "Do Not Disturb" sign as the room did not have one. Sadly, it did not prevent room service from entering the room the next day to make the beds and re-fluff the pillows. My sleep was not impacted but my impression of the overall service was. On the first night, our group went to a private room for dinner. We walked from one end (where our rooms were) to the other end of the hotel. Food was catered in-house as evidence by the serving staff in their hotel uniforms. On both mornings, we had breakfast at The House. It was buffet style with plenty of choices and plentiful in volume. Since we had coupons, we didn't have to pay a cent. However, I didn't give my coupon to the waiters both times and still ate for free. But I sat with my fellow group members so it wasn't an issue. For second day's dinner, I ordered mozzarella sticks to go from The House. It was pricier than I would like, but it kept me fed. There was only one laundry room and it was located on the second floor. It was free of charge but access to the room required the room key. I did my laundry on the morning of the second day. Did not have any issues with the washer or the dryer. It was nice of the hotel to provide a small lounging area just outside the laundry room where I waited until my laundry's done. The laundry room had two microwaves. Don't ask me why they were there. I'd have put them where the vending machines and the ice machines are. I did not try the spa. There wasn't sufficient time and the high price tag was enough reason not to. Nor did I patronize the performing arts venue adjoining the hotel. But there were plenty of lounging areas throughout the first and second floors. The one that I used for a private Zoom meeting was on the second floor, and had plenty of distance away from foot traffic for a reasonable expectation of privacy. If it was entirely up to me, I would not choose the Renaissance. It's out of my price range and I can easily find less expensive choices nearby. However, the stay was mostly pleasant especially when covered by the tour program. If you're willing to pay the price, it's worth it.

During my stay, I experienced a family emergency that required me to move to a larger room and find accommodations for my 1 1/2-year-old granddaughter. Although the hotel doesn't normally provide baby cribs, Ronesha and Shawana worked together to make everything happen. Their compassion, resourcefulness, and genuine concern for my family's well-being were truly remarkable. When I first checked in, my room had a strong smoke odor. Ronesha immediately apologized, found me another room, personally verified the issue, and even helped me move my belongings. Throughout my stay, both she and Shawana regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well and to see if I needed anything else. Outstanding customer service has become increasingly rare, which makes experiences like this even more meaningful. Ronesha and Shawana went far beyond their job responsibilities and turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to serving their guests are a true reflection of Hilton's values. Thank you both for making such a lasting impression. Because of your exceptional hospitality, I look forward to staying at this Home2 Suites again and will gladly recommend it to others.

The pull out bed frame was bent and had a dip in it. We got in late and our stay was for one night, and we still considered finding another hotel. The breakfast was really good, disappointed they didn't have any eggs but what the overnight oats and mix-ins was a great option. We mentioned these things to the front desk and got a pretty dismissive "sorry about that." Considering the ratings we saw on this place and the price, we were really disappointed.
