With Kunda's knowledge in every aspect of fitness and health, no workout is ever the same... He makes sure that what you do, you do right. After a one on one workout or the group high intensity training you go home with a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Kunda truly believes in you, pushes you and motivates you. Let me give you a brief synopsis about me: I am an old lady, by today's standards, who though I had good intentions, slowly started to become complacent about the fact that, I would always eat like crap, think like crap, look like crap, and as a result, probably just continue to live like crap. Then, quite by accident, I met Kunda. And EVERYTHING CHANGED. I don't want to share too much of my personal journey, but y'all need to know this man exists for you. If you have even the slightest desire, to change your negative way of thinking, (especially if it's about yourself), change your way of feeling, or change the way you look, etc... you need to call or visit his website, ASAP. He services are very affordable and can be private, if you're reluctant to shake it in front of all the PTC cliquish skinny bishes. You need to find out what you're missing. I have been and out of gyms most of my adult life…read moresigning up going for a few weeks and fizzling out and being mad that I was still making payments for a gym I no longer went to. Not the case with NRG. I looked at all the gyms in the area and settled on this one because it's 24 hour access, the equipment is the best that I have ever used, they offer good classes that I enjoy taking. I have never taken a private lesson but see the owner giving them in the gym and it seems that his clients are getting a really good workout. All in all if you want a gym that you can walk in, work out on top notch equipment with no huge lines and crowds then give NRG a go
