Once I actually had a problem with my hvac system not cooling they sent out a "new employee" to diagnose the problem & then came back with a price / contract for the repairs. Since the amount was almost 1000$ I told them I wanted to think about it & get back to them. Upon trying to reach back out to this company I kept getting diverted to the answering service which is over seas & a foreigner that does not speak good english. I finally found another company after searching for another qualified company in the area & they came out & found the problem which had nothing to do with what I was quoted from Lanham . The repair was 100$ & they also only charge 89$ for winterizing & summerizing the hvac system & 100$ diagnosis so it was a total of 289$ instead of 980$. They also said that "many other companies are unfortunately dishonest & try to take advantage of people & that is very unfortunate".
