I had my new civic Type R window tinted from the dealer I bought it at Norm Reeves Irvine. After about a week of the tint there were some bubbles and a scratch on one of the film. The dealer explained their vendor was Trimco, so I called the owner, Mark, to discuss about the tint. Mark was super helpful and took care of me the whole process. I ended up driving to his residence to have the tint fixed. He fixed both issues without having to put on a new tint. For my troubles of driving 30 min to see him and the fixes being done in 5 minutes, he gave me a FREE glass cleaner can. Talk about great customer service! So I found these guys online because I needed to match the tint I already had ( I have Llumar formula 1 pinnacle series .... And I recommend it!) not only is the shop super clean, professional and has really cool vibe the guys there a great. I first met Andrew when I pulled up right when was leaving for lunch but he took the time to answer all my questions and get me in touch with Corey to schedule an appointment. Corey actually called me before I called him and was all over getting me in ASAP which worked great. When I got there the next day Andrew came up and shook my hand and Corey was very friendly and professional and they jumped right on getting the window done. They offered for me to chill out in their really cool waiting area and watch Netflix if I wanted (but not to "Netflix and chill"! Ha) Definitely recommend these guys and this shop. When I first started looking for a shop to get my 2014 Camry windows tinted Trimco was one of the first shops I reached out to through Yelp. Cory was the first out of all the shops to reach out to me. I really appreciated the fast response. He was very professional and Trimco prices are very competitive. But the price isn't the reason I went with Trimco. It was because of Cory's willingness to work with me and my weird schedule. Found Trimco on the Llumar website as the nearest "SelectPro" installer and had a great experience. I had my Porsche Cayman tinted here with Air 80 after a couple years of driving without tint - and what a difference in made in comfort! Had my Subaru Legacy windows tinted here by Jan with the formula one pinnacle film. He did a really great job the car looks awesome and he was easy to deal with and friendly. Be sure to contact Mark for prices on here through Yelp, I referred my sister here and someone quoted her $670 when she called which is nowhere near what I paid and we both have mid size sedans. Also went back for paint protection, and thinking of going back to make the paint protection on the two rear doors bigger they applied only a small portion of it on there. Ditto to the previous reviewer on the decline of this place. Management has changed and its not the same. Dealt with Mark who seemed scattered and unprofessional. The installer was late for my appointment. I had Air80 installed on my windshield and its extremely hazy, I called to inform them of the issue and was told to wait 30 days.....still looks like crap. I don't want to deal with this company again so i may take it elsewhere to have it replaced. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!! read more
