There are many bus lines that start/ finish here including numbers 20, 52, 54, 57, 76, 78 and possibly others. The WES Commuter Train starts/ finishes here. There is a bike area and a small parking area for pick up and drop off. There isn't a park and ride lot though. The Beaverton Transit Center is a fairly large area and has lots of seating areas, some covered and some shaded by trees. There is a snack bar with limited hours. Many businesses are a very short walk from here including Starbucks, Freddies, TJMaxx, Big 5 and HomeGoods. So this location always has a lot of foot traffic. TriMet does an outstanding job keeping this place safe and clean.

During the summer, they schedule a several tours though Wilsonville on their trolley. Think this will be a slow meander though town? Think again. The trolley runs at the speed a regular bus would go, which means the wind whips though your hair, and your 3 year old squeals with delight every time you take off from a streetlight. If you live on the far south end of Portland, and you have little people, this is a summer must do. And you know what else? They don't charge for the trolley ride, they suggest a monetary donation that goes to the local food bank. Just when I thought my afternoon outing couldn't get any better, I was informed that my donation benefits the food bank. How cool is that?! During the winter Smart does a trip or two out the PIR to see the holiday lights. You park at the Wilsonville Community Center and board the bus- then your hassle is over. Go enjoy the PIR lights with my kid without worrying about navigating traffic? Um, please. Sign me up! Smart is definitely an asset to family life in Wilsonville!

It was literally a non-issue ride and I was there in about 30 minutes. Another day we took the train over to Widmer Brewing Company. It was easy to find a schedule, this station and get over there. Last time we also took a cab, so the train was fun and we had a great day.

When the attendants and conductors on passenger trains complain that "there will be long stretches of travel at no more than 15mph because the tracks are in need of repair" it makes me pity anyone or any company that relies on faulty shared equipment. When there is weather that messes with the safety of your tracks, slowing your freight AND Amtrak's paying customers (who have lives outside the railroad), clean it up! And not as the last task of the day! Yes, a freighter can slow down or tip on the tracks, and, yes, it's going to mess up your schedule. But a higher priority is the health of the real-life humans you share the road with. A 6-hour delay is unacceptable news from UP excavators. There is also an area to lock up bikes. The WES Commuter Train stops here on its way to Wilsonville in one direction and Beaverton Transit Center in the other direction with stops in Tigard and at the Hall/ Nimbus WES Station before reaching Beaverton. The WES Commuter Train only runs Monday through Friday and only during commute times. The trains are very comfortable with plush cushioned seats. There is a steward on board. This WES station always feels safe and appears clean. There are lots of dining and shopping establishments in the area.

I work in Lake Oswego&Clackamas and once I get to the train station by car and step on the the waiting area a WES train or TriMet Bus arrives right on time, possibly in a matter of 20 seconds give or take. It's the perfect solution to being congested on a freeway full of brake lights. Parking can fill up fast but I'm not too concerned because there's plenty of other spaces nearby that are open for use. My friends and I both stay in the Tualatin area and this is our way to go. 90% of the time it's pretty quiet here with the exception of a train horn or bus engine. It's also really safe here. I've came to this station multiple times and a TriMet cop is already nearby. I can't get anything better than this in California. The station feels like home because most people that wait with me are regulars. This is why I not only like Tualatin but the station as well.

I own and engineering firm and being gone three full days was worrisome. I asked for a 3:30 pick-up not knowing the road conditions. I verified the appointment with a text and within a minute it was validated. At 3:15 the driver was at my hotel and texted me he had arrived. We have AAA, but we wondered if the airport offered auto services, as I imagined that dead car batteries were not uncommon to travelers who had parked for a longer length of time. My wife got on the phone, and within a couple of minutes had connected with the services of Standard Parking, who handle those exact issues. When my wife inquired for a wait time, the man on the phone said, "It could be 15 minutes, sometimes it takes little while," we were slightly discouraged, and began considering other options. Not 3 minutes later however, a smiling man in a white truck came by, and pulled right up to our car. Adolfo was his name, and he had our car jump started in 2 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast - wow! Our night could have been considerably worse, but Adolfo and Standard Parking made sure that we got home quickly and safely. Thanks again!
