The location is great especially if you want to shop around afterward. The atmosphere was clean and well kept. I ask for a simple ombré showed him a picture and they gave me a price then and there($65 with tip I paid $70 which is normal for me), which is a nice reassurance that I'm not breaking the bank. I ask for a full ombré white set nothing crazy. Spent about 50 minutes in the chair and I enjoyed every moment. The nail tech was very nice, and technically. She measured each nail before gluing. She cut my cuticles, she even filed my shape to perfection including my tips, she gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended will be going back. read more

I was very disappointed with my pedicure . I was handed only one color pallete to pick out my nail polish. I had to ask for the other ones so I could pic out my color. The young girl didn't even say hello. I have had many pedis and they always lasted 45 min give or take for the basic. This pedicure was maybe 30 min. My feet soaked in cool water for not even 1 min before she started, the jets were not working correctly so I missed out on that. She did very little of scrubbing my feet and going around my toe nails. When she did, the tool fell to floor, she picked it up and was about to use it again before I stopped her. She used a nail file and was filing my skin at the nail bed. I actually said your are hurting me. She spent most of the time doing a very light rub not massage of my legs. The board she put my feet on was gross looking and the nail dryer that was set on it for gel polish was filthy. I paid for my service but will never ever go back. read more

I would like to give this place three stars, but a fair judgment would be two stars.Because I've been there five different times and every time I got a Different person to do my nails and every person did a bad job! They are miss shape in the paint job was awful they got paint all over my hands did horrible things to my cuticles! And so on... also didn't seem very sanitary! They don't clean their tools regularly and when I got up from the chair I was sitting in there was a massive clump of long black hair in the chair that does not come from me because my hair is blonde! No I didn't see it before I sat down I have no idea LOL Also they change the price with everything! They tell you over the phone is really cheap like $25 or $35 but when you get there after it's all done you pay $55! When you did exactly what you said you were going to do over the phone and somehow magically the price went up to $55 from $35! But they are really nice there LOL and some of the staff doesn't get along with each other and they're passive aggressive with each other and there is one really obnoxious lady that works there that's really loud and really unprofessional and yells the whole time and is in everyone's business and annoying... read more

My experience here was disgusting.. I went in to get a full set with a design for my upcoming tropical vacation I showed the nail tech (PETER) a photo of exactly what I wanted which was a very simple design in my opinion it was a coffin shaped nail with a neutral background and a simple flower on each nail (a photo will be attached below) however, he stated it is a childish design, a kids nail design, and so on.. he continued to make negative comments about the design I wanted which made me feel as if he was just incapable of doing the design which would have been fine if he would have just said so... I then asked for a price estimate of what that design would cost and he said he couldn't tell me until he finished the job which he should have been able to provide an estimate with a clear image of what I wanted, I simply wanted a rough estimate on the price for what I wanted done.. So due to the negative attitude he continued to give me for the original design I wanted I found an alternative design which was an almond shaped nail with all of my nails a light shade of purple and 1 nail on each hand having the YinYang design (a photo will be shown below) he then proceeds to state that this design would not look good with colors it would only look good with black and white (I told him I didn't want white nails because they get dirty so easily) he pushed the white nails and applys a white powder which evidently cost more than gel paint (he never advised of the upcharge) and he did not give me the almond shape nail for the second design I showed him. So ultimately I left the nail salon very disappointed, paying more than double of what I typically pay for a full set, did not get the colors I requested nor did I get the design I requested. Also, I asked him if he would take the nail drill and clean under my nails (as most nail techs do) but he said that I could do it myself with a brush at the sink which was extremely rude.. this was the worst experience and most expensive experience I have ever had. My mom and I both went here biweekly but have decided to no longer return due to the lack of customer service he provided and rude attitude because at the end of the day we are the customer and we come to the nail salon to get what we want not for the nail tech to decide us for us. DISGUSTING and very rude! Would not recommend to anyone who wants to be happy with their nails. read more

My friend and I went here on a Wednesday at 4:00. Neither of us had to wait. Tommy did my nails and Trina did my friends. We both had a good experience. The place was clean and both Tommy and Trina were very friendly. Tommy did a palm tree and birds on my one nail and I love it! We will both be going back. read more

Moved to the area few months back and haven't been able to find a GOOD nail tech. Finally found Trina's and am not disappointed at all.

I tried to get a pedicure on two separate occasions and was told both times it would be 30 minute wait. Only two, not very nice, people working and only two customers at a time. read more
