I laid down on the table gin5did some prep work and cleaned my lashes. Then the work began , I took a nap while she worked. About 2 hours later she was done. When I looked in the mirror all could say was wow ! Ginny is truly the best at lashes anywhere. I get so many compliments on my lashes and have referred all my friends. Even when my regular nail tech is out of town and someone else does my nails in a way I'm not thrilled with, I've always been understanding. However, my experience during my 12/10/25 visit was extremely disappointing. Before I even sat down, I asked the salon manager if it was possible to get a cat eye effect using dip powder. I had already researched this beforehand, and Google also confirmed that cat eye can be done with dip. The manager answered yes, so I proceeded. I chose a gold color only because I thought it would look nice with the cat eye effect. This is not a color I would normally choose for myself. Once my nails were finished, I immediately noticed that there was no cat eye effect at all. The polish looked completely flat. If you Google "cat eye nails," the signature dimensional, magnetic line is consistent across every picture -- this was not that. When I told my nail tech, she was understanding and said she could change the color. She even mentioned that maybe my color was "too flat," which didn't make sense because the cat eye effect comes from the magnetic polish and technique, not the color itself. She showed my nails to the manager, and instead of acknowledging the issue, the manager insisted that this was the cat eye effect -- which simply wasn't true. If the salon does not know how to do cat eye, that should have been communicated upfront. I would have respected honesty more than being told something inaccurate. To make things worse, I was told that if I wanted to switch to a different color -- again, a color I never would have chosen had I known they couldn't do the effect I requested -- I would have to pay an additional $30. After two years of being a loyal client, never complaining, and always being respectful, I was disappointed to be gaslit and minimized rather than properly helped. The issue was not the color -- it was the service not matching what I clearly asked for. I left feeling unheard and dismissed, and unfortunately, I don't plan to return after this experience.

I called and spoke with Rae who told me she is the only one at the salon and that she would work with me to do my fill. She told me to book for an hour and a half fill because she wanted time to "talk" about what to do with my lashes but she would only charge me for an hour fill. I was already worried about that because of the pricing difference but I booked it as directed. Then I had visitors who were staying with me that ended up having to leave later on Saturday than originally planned so I tried to cancel my appointment via Facebook when we found out Friday evening for an appointment Saturday at 10. I understand that I cancelled within 24 hours and that you should charge a fee of maybe $25-$30 for the inconvenience but to charge me $100 dollars is RIDICULOUS! I mean at least allow people to use it towards rescheduling an appointment!!! So if I did even want to reschedule I would've had to pay $200 to get a FILL! Also on the phone she basically told me I wasted her time because now she would have a gap in her schedule and wouldn't be able to fill it. I told her I'm sure she could probably contact her clients and they would be willing to come in early or to contact someone who was looking to get an appointment today. She scoffed at me. I ended up hanging up on her because I was just so frustrated. Honestly don't expect good customer service here, she is completely unwilling to work with customers and just keeps telling you that's the company policy.
