All I want to do is make a payment, but the bill only lists the last 4 of my loan/account number and I have no way to log in. I work nights, I have no time for all of this back and forth B.S.... Great service level overall. What really caught my attention was this NFCU branch's attention to customer & staff health and safety. Staff at the door to direct traffic, making sure customers maintain social distancing. A staff person dispensed hand santiser to each customer entering the lobby. The person asked customers what services they required. If a customer needed a credit union officer's services, the staff person took the customer's phone number so the customer could wait in the car until the officer was ready. If a teller could handle the customer's needs, the customer went in when social distancing allowed. Blue tile markings clearly indicated distances. When I got to teller, I saw a tape fence made sure the teller were six feet or so apart. Between us, a little table with a PIN pad and a tray with a pen. Nicely set up. I don't know when I'll be back in the area, but I now know where I go for my credit union services.
